The place looked packed when I joined the waitlist. Somehow I was seated within 2 minutes - if that's not a big enough win, my table was surrounded by the most beautiful live orchids. I ordered the rare wagyu pho and was again treated to exceptionally fast service. I can't think of a more delicious broth and the wagyu was tender and oh so flavourful. I was literally dancing in my seat the meal was so good. If you can tolerate spicy, try the house made secret hot sauce on your table. It's garlicky and magical and you'll wish you could take a bottle home. 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

Great place. The pho is good, but spotlight is on the wagyu. We were visiting from France and are so glad we could come to this place after seeing it on instagram. The beef is out of this world, we loved the flaming wagyu.Kids under 5 eat for free. Our 2 kids enjoyed a big bowl of noodle and soup.Staff is really friendly. We came during a week day, and before noon, didn’t wait to be seated.Service is fast and the broth is boiling hot (and that’s great!)Can’t wait to come back on day

Stopped by here with a couple ideas other friends. Just thought it was average-slightly above average in my experience. I prefer my pho to be really beefy and less sweet so it could be a preference

This place is delicious!!! I love love love it. Always so good. The service is amazing too. I get the beef wagyu carpaccio and their pho with rib cubs. If there's a wait, it's worth it!!

I was dying to try this Pho spot since my friend shared a reel with me. I checked the waitlist and timed it well to ease the wait time. The restaurant was packed even at 9pm but got seated promptly and service was quick as well. My party of 3 and I are all Pho fanatics and have high Pho standards. We have places we all love and others we disagree on but we ALL agreed that Pho Redbo is delicious!!! The broth is savory and fresh. The quality of the meat is so good. The beef is soft and flavorful. I will definitely be returning!!!

Big Pho fan but Wagyu Pho definitely takes the cake. A definite must try which you will not be disappointed.

A good, good meal (guaranteed!) Pho Redbo serves savory broth and high quality meats, specializing in wagyu if you'd like a special treat! I love the Combo because it includes the best of every world (rib cubes, brisket, etc.). Very impressed with the service as well, the tables are always promptly and neatly cleaned and the waiters are very attentive.

This is is pretty popular from social media so get your name on table list early thru the Yelp app. Once you're seated, the servers are quick and friendly. We started with the pork fried egg rolls and they were packed with flavor! Not at all greasy. The pho broth was some of the most savory I've ever had and the brisket and rare steak were as tasty and tender as any soup protein around! Their chili oil is very garlicky so use it sparingly, but definitely give it a try in your pho. They have a choice of wide or thin noodles which is an plus. It's a couple of bucks more than most pho restaurants but well worth it!

I have heard all the hype about Pho Redbo and know several trustworthy people who have raved about this place, so I've been wanting to try it myself for a quite a while now. There's plenty of parking here but the restaurant itself is not too big. It's a cozy and clean place (hand sanitizer at each table and all the sauce bottles looked clean and refilled regularly). This place can get pretty packed with lines outside the door so try to make reservations a head of time or get on the yelp waitlist early. Our group first ordered the flaming wagyu carpaccio as a starter. You get a fun fire torch show as the server flame-cooks the beef at your table side. The wagyu beef oil they use to cook the beef carpaccio really locks in the flavors. Honestly, I came here with the objective to try the Pho Wagyu A5, a seasonal item on their menu. Never before in my life have I paid $49 for a bowl of pho, but I knew this was worth the experience of having wagyu A5 in my pho. Wagyu A5 is a luxury and an expensive meat, but deservedly so. I love wagyu A5 as a steak on a plate, so why not in a bowl of pho, right? For those well-versed in pho and the variations of beef used in pho bo (Vietnamese beef noodle soup), the pho wagyu A5 is essentially pho tai (rare steak) using ultra premium meat. By the way, the portion was huge! And it tasted exactly as expected...it's a great bowl of pho (I got the thick noodles which were fresh and had good texture) with tender and rich wagyu A5 rare steak to make a first-rate pho tai. The broth itself was pretty flavorful but not a showstopper (4 star, IMO). Side note, I also appreciated that they asked if we wanted raw or steamed bean sprouts with our garnishes for the pho. Personally, I always prefer steamed bean sprouts with my pho but most places usually serve the bean spouts raw by default.

This place is so good. We ordered the wagyu carpaccio, truffle fries, fried rice, shaken beef, pho combo, and the wagyu beef stew. Everything was delicious, the beef was cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth, and the broth is very rich. Our host was so polite and attentive. Definitely will be coming back.
