Phuc Long is a popular milk tea chain in Vietnam which started off as a locally owned chain and then got bought out by a bigger corporation. Ever since they got bought out the quality has gone down a bit. In Vietnam they're famous for their peach tea and peach milk tea. However, I prefer to try original milk tea when I visit any new shop, so I tried their Phuc Long Milk Tea in the USA location today. At 50% sugar it's still a bit sweet, but it gets better once the ice melts. The tea flavor is pretty good, but nothing amazing. Seating is chill and spacious. I like the little stools because they remind me of cafes in Saigon. However I can see why they can be uncomfortable. In the back there are tables which you can probably use for work or study, as it's less noisy there. The wait is pretty long despite having many staff members which is why I deducted 1 star. Also, the cup says it's recyclable, but there's no recycle bin at this store :(

Love the outside seating, the upbeat ambiance, and their lychee lotus tea! Chill place to have a drink on the weekend.

Spent $20 for 2 drinks and ordered it with light ice and they filled the cup halfway. 30+ minute wait and rude service I will not return. Milk tea is very cheap to make and they are acting like it's wagu steak. Take your business elsewhere that has better customer service.

So surprised at the bad reviews. Had Phuc Long in Vietnam and loved it. Excited to see one in the States, ordered Jasmine Tea and it tasted just like the one in Vietnam. I guess bad reviews are from the long lines, limited seating, and wait...but that should tell ya something...the people are coming for a reason! Give it a try.

The ambiance is really nice but their coffee & tea are just like any other coffee/tea shop because nothing is special.

Good strong viet coffee which I liked a lot. Only complaints I have are that there's too much ice in my cup and the wait for hot coffee took longer than our iced coffees. Interior was spacious but busy! Love the little patio they have with mini chairs. Only one unisex restroom.

The line was TOO long for a med drink. Honestly, I should've gotten Starbucks. It took 1hr from about 8ft from the door to get to the cashier to order. The employee was normal, not rude but not helpful. Question was: what's your fav? Answer: our most popular are the ones listed on the screen top 8 -_- We grabbed a peach tea and the cloud coffee. The peach tea had canned peaches in there and was pretty sweet (assuming it was the canned fruit. The coffee was def not good quality espresso and was super thick of the creamer or milk they've added. Didn't have a "wow" or distinct flavor that makes you want or need to return to get. Def not enough ice to make it an iced drink, It was fairly warm. 2 drinks came out to $20...def not worth the wait or the price...

Phuc Long tea is renowned for its aromatic brews and flavorful blends. Customers consistently rave about its delightful range of options, from soothing jasmine green tea to robust oolong varieties. With its widespread presence across Vietnam and inviting cafe settings, Phuc Long has become synonymous with premium quality and a satisfying tea-drinking experience

The coffee and tea drinks here are amazing. Not sure why the average Yelp ratings? There are plenty of seating areas. Friendly service. We ordered several items including the Vietnamese ice coffee, the tea drink and the Vietnamese banh mi. They were very delicious. I would highly recommend this coffee/tea shop if you are in the area!

What is this place on? If I'm paying $6.50 for a drink that costs you less than a buck to make, FILL IT UP! Okay, I ordered less ice, but HALF OF MY DRINK MISSING IS RIDICULOUS! What kind of business do you run? Are you guys that cheap? For reference, the drink was filled up to where my nail is. This happens every time. I wanted to like this place, but it sucks. I'm so disappointed, all the bad reviews were right.

There's too many coffee and tea cafes here to settle for this average place and we went here due to the two dessert and coffee places we wanted to go to had crazy lines wrapped around their locations. Anyway, the cashier did not know what kind of foam for the cloudy jasmine tea. I mean an important part of your job is know the ingredients of your menu. Poorly trained staff. Deco was cute but the one unisex restroom had a lingering foul smell which I don't think came from a patron but their sewage system. We had to move from where we were sitting due to the smell. Everything here is mediocre so may be that's the reason it wasn't super busy or slow. Come here if the other places are unavailable.

1 star for the service at this place ... it was not as busy for a Sat afternoon. Dirty table with no one to clean. It was fine I guess they were busy. Then we ordered 2 longan jasmine tea ... after 30min we got the cloudy jasmine tea ... brought it to the cashier to have our drinks fixed. It turned out the cashier got our order wrong. It was fine again, everyone made mistake. But they were quite rude and short about fixing the order. They said we had to do to the refund and reorder. Then we have to wait all over again for our drink to be made. Total time is 1 HOUR for the drinks. We were quite surprised and disappointed about the staffs' attitude with the customers. Oh well ... too much to ask for professionalism

Simply bad customer service. They took my order wrong. I didnt check my receipt to catch the mistakes on time so I waited 20mins for 2 drinks as usual. Then when my order came out wrong, I explained to them and was willing to pay for the difference but was met with bad attitude. I wasn't even mad until then. They ended up refund my drinks and told me to place another order, which then cost me another 15 mins wait. Could have used better customer service is all.

A nice cafe on main street with both indoor and outdoor seating. I came in to have a light breakfast and ordered a pork belly bahn mi and a blended matcha . There are miniature folding chairs and low tables set up at the outdoor patio and despite the size I did not felt cramp sitting as I waited for the remote device they handed to notify me that my order is ready. The bahn mi was crispy on the surface but soft in side and a joy to bite into. There was enough pork along with pickled sliced carrots and cucumbers. The blended matcha was refreshing and did not felt like they added too much Ice as I can taste the matcha. Great option for breakfast or brunch.
