Best hu tieu Mỹ Tho! The service is great comparing to many Vietnamese restaurants. They attend to you and check occasionally throughout if you need anything else. My family and I often have lunch here as it's clean, tasty and they are courteous!

Be sure pick Hu Tieu Phuong, khô, dai, đặt biệt và sửa đậu nành lá dứa. In my own opinion, this place offers the best Hủ Tiểu khô. Nước sốt rất ngon. One of a kind. Friendly owners and services ok. Recommend!

Went here for lunch with my family because were craving for Hu tieu. Don't know if it's under new ownership? The noodles doesn't taste as good as it used to be.

Solid spot for hu tieu nam vang. I ordered the dry egg noodles, which admittedly was a bit undercooked and overly chewy, hence the 1 star deducted. Their broth (on the side) was ok, could have been a bit more umami. Overall the components were fresh, sauce was good, and compared to other hu tieu places in the area (Grandpa's, Owa, 405, Kim Ky, I haven't tried De Nhat yet), they were better. Service was super quick and friendly.

Phuong's Restaurant is one of the oldest restaurants in Little Saigon that I know of since I moved to California 23 years ago. Two of the best dishes this restaurant is known for are Hủ Tíu Nam Vang (Rice Noodles of Phnom Penh) and Hủ Tíu Mỹ Tho ((Rice Noodles of Mỹ Tho), serving in the soup style or dry style with soup broth on the side. I and my wife visited this restaurant last Friday and I ordered Hủ Tíu Mỹ Tho while my wife had Hủ Tíu Nam Vang, both in the dry style with clear glass noodles. The food came out in good portions with plenty of red sauce for Hủ Tíu Mỹ Tho and black sauce for Hủ Tíu Nam Vang. We were impressed with the qualities of the ingredients, and when mixed together with the sauces, we enjoyed the dishes with great satisfactions. To add more flavor to the taste and kick it up a couple of notches, we tried the pickled green chili and garlic pieces (condiments on the table) , and were not disappointed. Caution: the green chili was crunchy but HOT!It looked like Phuong's is a family ran restaurant. The service was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. There are other dishes on the menu, but we'll have those for our next visits.Definitely a comeback, and highly recommended if you want quality Hủ Tíu Nam Vang or Hủ Tíu Mỹ Tho. 5 stars with a smile.

Food was good and service was excellent! Their menu is quite limited as they specialize in hu tieu. I ordered medium number two dry. It came with a plate of veggies and a clear soup on the side. I felt the flavors were on the lighter side, not saying that's bad, just something to note. I would return to try their bo kho. Parking lot is small and its shared with a few other stores.

I have been going to this restaurant since I was just a child who could barely hold her own chopsticks sitting in a high chair. I'm now 27 years old and still enjoy the food here as I did when I was a kid. I love this restaurant and you're not going to find a better Hu Tieu place anywhere.

Ordered the Hu Tieu Nam Vang (with egg noodles). The portion is kind of small for $15! I rather go down the street and get a bowl that's cheaper and has more meats/toppings. Sorry, Phuongs Restaurant!

I've been eating at this restaurant for over 8 years and it never disappoints! The food quality has stayed the same and the customer service is amazing. The restaurant is family owned and the workers are very friendly. I always order mytho style noodle soup and it's delicious. I highly recommend visiting and trying it out!

Phuong's is famous for its Hủ tiếu, a dish usually eaten for breakfast and served with a small bowl of broth on the side. It is your choice to eat as a soup or as a dry noodle dish without the broth but with the garnishments which include bean sprouts and a bed of chrysanthemum leaves along with a tomato-based sauce.I ordered the Hủ Tiếu Mỹ Tho (Vietnamese pork and seafood noodle soup), $13, which is the first listed on its menu. The version prepared here includes sliced pork, pork pate, prawns, and quail eggs, topped with some Mắm tôm chua - a fermented shrimp and papaya paste or sauce. You can order this dish with either rice noodles or egg noodles. The broth had a subtle, smoothing umami flavor to it. The rice noodles (my choice) were perfectly cooked (chewy and nicely stuck together but falls apart once it is covered with broth). The tomato sauce was slightly sweet and not too tangy. The pickled garlic and jalapeno condiment was also brought to add to the dish.Next time, I may just opt to eat the noodles dry with a little bit of tomato sauce on them. Or maybe enjoy half of them in the broth with the chrysanthemum leaves and bean sprouts. Adding all the ingredients into the bowl makes this simply prepared dish too complex to really enjoy in my opinion.A solid noodle dish, not completely different in style and preparation from popular Cambodian noodles dishes like the Phnom Penh Noodle. The Hủ tiếu did not 'wow' me like the first time I tried Phở, Bún bò Huế, or Bún riêu, but I would welcome another opportunity to try another one of their Hủ Tiếu dishes again.

My absolute favorite spot for mi nam vang!!! When you order your menu item, you'll be asked if you want it with soup or soup on the side and if you want your bean sprouts/crown daisy fresh or blanched! I always get it "kho" (with soup on the side) and veggies not blanched. Be sure to try your noodles with the sate AND pickled garlic slices - GAME CHANGER. Everything is flavorful and the noodles have the perfect bouncy texture. The staff here is always so sweet. Bring cash! There's an extra charge if you use card.

Their noodle combo is really good. Price is higher but still reasonable around $13 for the rice noodle combo. The restaurant pack up lot of containers right in the middle of the restaurant which look really bad. Hope they fix that
