We’re here wi the our family, visiting Disneyland. We ordered 3 large pizzas, due to staying in a hotel we requested plates, etc. My husband forgot to add ranch to our online order so he called, he was transferred to the manager and was told they will have to void our whole order (that was already in process according to the first person he spoke to), we declined. A few minutes later he gets a text that says pizza is 4 minutes away from being delivered (we were in a hotel across the street.) We waited, and waited and waited- my husband tried calling and texting the number back to see if he could meet whoever due to them having a hard time finding us. He FINALLY received a response in Spanish and then a text saying order was delivered! It wasn’t!! So my kids went downstairs to find the deliverer. Instead they sound our pizzas sitting on a table at Starbucks in the lobby. The pizzas were cold, didn’t receive the utinsels requested. My husband called Pizza Hut and they said as soon as the pizzas leave the store it’s out of their hands. WTH!!!!! Horrible service! There are plenty of other pizza joints in the area!

Pizza Hut Brookhurst and Chapman is my go to place for great Pizza. BUT today 12/16/23I ordered online gave me the amount of $21.02 went to pick it up they show no order for me. I say we'll I order anyway paid $24.79 for a medium size 2 toppings and this was the worst Pizza I have ever had ever!! So if you want Pizza from the Hut at this location check it before you leave with it.Karen Wormuth

Worst pizzas made. They had to re make my order 3 times before I just gave up. 4 employees only 1 was working. Everyone else was on their phones and hiding in the back.
Last order was not good! Crust was old...I ordered hand tossed, like usual, but the crust was flat...like it was old dough! It was barely room temperature when I got home, 10 min. drive. When I went to get a second piece, it was tough to chew the crust. I must have been their first customer of the day, because the door was locked. I ordered on line, since the only "deal" they had on a large 3 topping pizza was for 12$. I waited the 15 minutes for it to cook, and it was room temp by the time I got home. I have purchased from this store before, and not had that problem.The lady was very difficult to understand! She spoke English, as do I, but spoke very quickly, slurring her words together. Younger adults these days seem to do this...like it's some kind of a race to get the words out. She had to repeat herself several times for the next two customers, and pantomime what she meant...they were Asian. Someone who deals with the public should be easily understand. I felt bad for the other two customers. The young lady was very nice and smiled the whole time, but could use some articulation practice. The facility is very small, but seemed very cluttered to me. Many boxes and papers were piled around. The windows could use a good wash on the exterior. There was something sticky looking dripping down the door/window.

I went here with my girlfriend and her little sister at 5pm. We went up the cashier and told her that "we have an online order" and showed her the email. She was very rude and yelled at my girlfriend "WRONG LOCATION!' so loud that my girlfriend's little sister almost cried in the car. There was absolutely no reason for that sort of attitude towards us. The yelling was very unnecessary. I understand if it was a Karen, then idc yelling is chill or whatever. But me, my girl, and her sis just wanted to check on our online order. We all have bad days but come on, please, don't take it out on customers who didn't do anything to you. 8/10 for the price, the pizza was delicious and amazing. The crust is my favorite part here. It taste really good dipped in red sauce. Thank you for the deal. It was hot and ready. I will def come back for the pizza, but the service can do a little working.No seating inside, but smells amazing!

Ordered online for pick up at 3 pm. Checked in at 3:15pm. It was supposed to be ready for pick up at 3:23pm. Order wasnt ready until 3:48 pm..It's really annoying, considering I ordered ahead because we were on a tight schedule. The food was decent but definitely won't be retuning because of the wait.

**Red Alert**DONT EAT HERE, DONT CALL HERE, DONT HAVE PIZZA DELIVERED FROM HERE, This location is very poorly run, the food made here is trash and looks like a*** They have kids who are probably teenagers working here or in their early 20's who don't really care to be working here. That means you're gonna get crap food. They need to shut this place down or replace everyone with ROBOTS! Pizza Hut can probably still produce decent pizza but if you have degenerates making your food, it'll always come out looking and tasting like dog s****
