This Popeyes is cursed always getting orders wrong and food is cold like half of the time ?

I was told when I arrived that my order placed online was going to be another 10 minutes. After waiting in the store for 26 minutes I asked what was going on. One employee just gave me a rude response like "What do you expect me to do?". I asked why did he tell me 10 minutes if it was gonna be longer? He got attitude and his manager had to come pull him away. I then asked the manager if a half hour wait for an order when no other customers are in here is normal. He informed me that is the normal wait time for here.The other big complaint is that they decided to close their bathrooms. So on top of long waits they don't even let you use the restroom.

Placed my order 10 minutes prior to getting to the location. When I got there order wasn't ready and 4 people who ordered after me in the restaurant ordered and got their food quick. There literally wasn't any line those people came in after me and there was only one online order on their screen which was mine and I overhear one employee tell the other to make the food because I've been waiting 15 minutes already and he says I'm barely going to make it so I wait another 10 minutes. Maybe I'm hangry but that's the worst service I've gotten in a long while. Would give Zero stars if I could.UPDATE!!I started eating the chicken and it wasn’t even fully cooked I waited long for what??
