Never coming back here. The guy refused to serve me after I waited for 12 minutes. He said that they stopped serving drinks after the people before me. I'm never coming back here again. I feel like this guy judged/profiled me. I came in 20 minutes before they closed and wasted 12 minutes of my life here. Unacceptable. I don't recommend this place. I honestly believe he didn't help me because of the way I looked.

This boba place is small but so cute inside so many things you can buy. What I love most about this place is the plastic bottles they give you. You are able to reuse them because they are so cute! I 100% recommend the strawberry ? lemonade it comes with chia seeds ?

In honesty, I ordered the "heavenly kiss" drink that they had there and I was not disappointed. The drink really lives up to the name and I would say the place has great drinks. Would recommend.

Got the Thai tea with coconut jelly and it was super delicious! There was a good balance of tea with cream. The inside of the shop was adorable as well with a lot of kawaii gifts for sale. The staff were super sweet as well!

Music too loud. Employees busy talking to each other and doesn't even acknowledge customer. Drinks are ok here I'm only coming for the cute bottles. Probably won't come back.

If I could leave zero* for this business, I totally would. We stopped by mainly for the Boba. But when we finished ordering and paying for our drinks, they informed us that they ran out of Boba. We asked For a refund and would like to cancel our whole order. They only refunded us the one drink which contained lemonade, and they ran out of the lemonade itself. They took it upon themselves to add basil seeds into the remainder of the drinks that they did not have boba for without ever asking for our preferences. Some people in our family do not like basil seeds and we were forced to pay for these drinks with basil seeds while all we looked forward to was the boba. Please retrain your employee. If you would like to maintain business in this competitive environment where there is a boba shop at every corner in that area, you need to respect customers period. I still can't believe this happened to us.
No star this is the worse experience ever ! I order a gift for my a daughter a cinnamon roll mug online this is the first time i order online. I came to pick up the order and i didn't bother checking it because my daughter was with me and i didn't wanted her to see it (Sunday). today i wanted to see it since she was at school and i wanted to wrap it and i noticed that it was the wrong item. i asked my husband to go and have returned for the correct item i order the girl working today told him that it was not wrong and that that was a mug but it wasn't a mug it was a cinnamon roll figure!!!! Big difference and she told him it was the right thing bow i had to come with him to the store again to tell her its not and that i have proof and receipt and she had the nerve to say that she'll make an exception! Like really seriously thats is not right! And very unprofessional! This is a gift for my daughter not for me ! Really sad and upsetting experience

Love this place. Love the employee at the counter. I love the adorable plushies, especially the boba plushies. I'm going to come here again the next time.

I Ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait, yet I still waited.... The guy seemed confused when I said I was there for a pick up. I ordered a hot almond chocolate and. I Got a blended cold drink. I didn't even want to tell him because I had to head back to work, I wasn't willing to wait another 15mins.

Drinks are always super tasty and yummy. And for the price too. The only thing I'd say that's bad is the management. Ever since COVID started it seems only 1 worker is working. I'm not sure if that's a labor shortage issue or management. But you can't help but feel sympathy for the workers running back and forth alone

The HB location closed and this is one of the location around the area. They make great drinks. In case you did not know, you get 1 free toppings with every drink! My favorite is the pink frost which is blended pomegranate and coconut topped with coconut jelly! I usually ask for no sugar I think the drinks are too sweet. No sugar makes it just perfect! This time I got it with lychee jelly since they ran out of boba (no boba, bummer!). Still good! Plenty of parking in the front which is always nice. Friendly and helpful staff.
