Was not really satisfied, the fact that they don’t change the pan is disgusting, the people that clean it don’t even do it properly with the same thing the wiped the table I saw some pans be wiped aswell. Made me not wan to eat here again, unless you change the pans. Waitress had attitude the more I asked for rice paper. You can could to better.

It's a Korean BBQ place. Servers were nice. Just a little slow for orders. Atmosphere was nice but my seat was in a desolate corner where I couldn't really see any of the screens. The food was the real problem. I asked for two orders of the brisket and when the plate came out it was completely white. I mean end to end of just fat. I ended up not eating because it made me nauseous.

I only found out about this through my friend, we were trying to find a budget friendly all you can eat, and this was as budget friendly as it is - given it doesn't have as much selection as your premium but its okay. This place wait time is usually 1-2 hours, so make sure you do time it out. The meats are great, so is the service. Although they are super busy, so don't expect them to be attending to you, but the button helps with getting their attention. but that is how it goes normally in a all you can eat kbbq. its a lifestyle.there is parking shared with the plaza, its a bit busy generally around the shop, but you can park slightly further. They also have a self served ice cream that was pretty delicious between strawberry and caramel.I would come back again!

Overall a good place but half of the time the girls in the front are extremely rude and have zero customer service. I went to check in after I got a text message to do so. I went up to the front desk smiled and was about to say hi I’m here to check in but the girl started to do other things and didn’t acknowledge me. I was standing right in front of her across from the desk and she was completely ignoring us. She was running some cards so I was letting her finish up and figured she’s busy and will at least say something once she’s done. However, she continues to not acknowledged or even looked at me. A waiter came to look at the list to ask her who was next and I could see my name on the tablet on the desk. She proceeded to ask the people behind us their name. Again just acting like we weren’t standing right in-front of her. That’s when I finally said something to her and told her I was the party she was looking for but she never bothered to ask. On the contrary was just acting like I wasn’t standing there at all. I understand having to be assertive with certain customers but this isn’t the first time they act like this. I don’t know if it’s the same girl each time but it’s not the first time I they act rude at the front. It’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get a girl in the front who isn’t rude. Save all that unprofessionalism and bad customer service for customers who are being rude to you right off the back. If you don’t like your job get a new one.

Hours are incorrect. State they close at 2 am on Friday but drove here at 11 30 pm

No salt brought out shallow on napkins. I don't like that they have to use a grill scrapper to clean. Chili sauce was OK tasted very smoky, not my style. I like it sweet and spicy, simple. I rather wait at 1hr for G.K.

The quality of the food makes all the difference and Star BBQ delivered. It is not the fanciest restaurant but the staff was excellent answering questions, keeping the cooking surface clean, and all around friendly. In this area there are a lot if chooses, this is one where you can't go wrong.

Consistently good. Lines can be long but it is to be expected. It's great for get together with friends. Kid friendly as it's lively inside. I have been coming here for years and will continue to come back.

Price = $35+ / service = above average / cleanliness = above average / interior = KBBQ vibe with smoke actually aired out / parking = shared lot in plaza, plentyI visited star BBQ with a few friends and we all ordered from the premium group. They also have a basic group of KBBQ so you got choices on which to choose from. Our table ordered very similar meats for our refills between the thinly cut beef brisket to the pork jowl. The way the cast iron pan gives the right amount of grill burns to the meat drawing out the juices while you dip it in each of the 3 sauces: soy & vinegar, sesame oil & touch of salt, and chili & spicy bases for an extra burst of flavor complements as perfect as KBBQ can. In complement, use the mushy rice paper and ask for the ssamjang to wrap it like a small Korean burrito and stuff your face! At the end, I wanted some marinated LA beef ribs which was a perfect way to end the meal with additional dripoings from the meat marinade. They open until 1 AM with last call at 12 AM which is a perfect way to end a Friday night. The portions you get for each order is very generous. This place doesn't cheap out and give you small portions at a time making you order a high volume. Each meat was very delicious and it seemed to be of higher quality especially for in all you can eat BBQ. If you are looking for a tasty KBBQ outside of koreatown, look no further. The staff is also very friendly and give good customer service. We also found out they have a buy 1 soju, get one for $.01...please drink responsibly! This is probably one of the best aired out KBBQ restaurants I have been to but be warned...it gets cold. Idk if it was from the AC or outdoor air. Plenty of parking is available in the lot which is shared with the plaza.

It was only okay. The meat was fine but the sides were really lacking. There are other places that are better so I wouldn't say I regret going but I wouldn't go back. Service was really attentive but also almost a bit much.

I loveeee this place everyone is soooo NICE , we went 30 mins before last call and technically an 1hr and half before closing and they let us stay till 10 mins before closing without rushing us, they made us feel so welcome the waitress that helped us was AMAZING i wish I got her name I know she has like brown ponytail maybe like 5'2 I hope we have her again cause she definitely helped us not only cook our food but recommend new items to try! Super sweet and this establishment food was very good as well, you Must try the shrimp because it's the best shrimp I've had at a KKBQ Overall ambience was good welcoming and I just wanna thank the team that helped me and my girlfriend on Dec.1st around 11:30 :)
