This Starbucks is located inside the Delta Garden Grove Hotel. The brewista, Bryan, is perfect in his attitude & service. He asked how my coffee was the next day after I bought it. He said he wanted to make sure I was happy with it! Amazing customer service, I bought a cup everyday I was there.

Right of the bat the lady that took my order came off rude, and seemed annoyed about having to take it. I'm guessing because I was on a bike and and had a backpack? I ordered the dragon fruit lemonade like I usually do it was filled to the brim with ice and gone in 3 sips. In the past I have never had that much ice in my drink and it felt very intentional. I brought it up to her and she clearly didn't care or try to fix the problem. No apology, didn't care to try or fix it and just brushed it off with the same annoyed attitude. By far the worst Starbucks experience and customer service. This was at 12:20 p.m at the window, was unable to get her name. Hope this gets fixed and no else has to experience this in the future

was walking, asked for coffee at this Starbucks, and I don’t have the Starbucks app on my phone, the guy who opened the window didn’t serve me, he said that I could only order online or by car!!! I wanted a simple hot coffee, if you walk in this Starbucks they don't serve you!!!!

I stopped by Starbucks today because I was driving around doing errands with the wife. Thursdays are the best days to be at Starbucks because the entire menu is 50% off. The thing is to get this promo is you need to order ahead using the mobile application :).

Is there a way you can add Peach Juice?""Oh you said Pump, yes""..."-Okay, my bad?!?Proceeded through check out normally, received our drinks with 70% filled ice out of petty.
I just stopped by for a cup of water, I ride my bicycle more lately due to gas prices, and it seems as though, lately, it's getting harder to just get a cup of water. I was charged 50 cents at coffee bean. And the water was excellent!!! And thanks to the service, didn't even blink an eye when I asked for a cup of water only.

I came by earlier and the staff lady who was assisting me with my order was very friendly and fast idk her name but she has gauges yeah her, she was excellent, she has very good quality service, makes me feel welcome with just a bit of a chit chat nothing too long because obviously one's got to work the ambiance was great they had seating outside I couldn't see the dt entry since I was with my father and we had to get out the car but it was worth the wait I let her keep the change for their tips since I had only ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher thanks to my father for quenching my thirst, I really recommend this drink if you haven't tried it since it is not that sweet just perfect compared to the strawberry açaí no offense but the strawberries in it make it just a teeensyyy bit more sweeet then tart but yeah both beautiful drinks, the location is nice as well since it's a plaza and theirs a couple more businesses near by very pretty Starbucks * thanks

Literally I was the only person in the Drive-Thru and I said at the window to pay for at least 5 minutes as the man argued with me back and forth about the type of drink I was requesting and ordering and then once he handed me the drinks there were two of them both hot coffee drinks he didn't put the lids on all the way and both coffees immediately bursted and Spilled and burned me all over my body and then I pulled off and went inside demanding for new drinks and for napkins to clean up all the burning hot coffee all over me and I didn't even get an apology or any kind of acknowledgment for what had just happened they completely pretended like nothing and we're going about their days. And we're stingy about the napkins only gave me probably three napkins to dry myself up for two then two size hot coffee spilled almost halfway each per cup all over myself and in my car
