The pretty lady serving at drive through between March 10th 2024, 13:00-13:30 has bad attitude to us. Problem solving and communication are terrible. We ordered ahead Starbucks app and the order was ready since 13:02. She can just simply say “Please use the speaker to make sure and ready to pick up the order at drive through.” In stead, her facial expression and words are totally irritable. Should not expect the tips in this way. We won’t come again to this branch.

Terrible rude service. Looked annoyed when they were the ones to get the order wrong when I emphasized my order several times and asked them to correct it on the screen. They said they would take care of it at the window and instead caused confusion with their lack of attention to detail. Worst starbucks experience I’ve had.

The drive thru is really small making it really hard for the workers to fully orders properly and on time and that becomes a bigger problem as the orders are done in such a rush they are all wrong and bad.

Someone needs to pay attention to this place. It is dirty, has not seen a sponge in a long while. Outside entrance dirty, counter dirty, coffe machine area as you look on dirty, well used and mot maintained. We the public demand more for our mobey spent here!
