Footlong Pretzel: A Tough Nut to CrackMy recent encounter with Subway's footlong pretzel left me puzzled. The bread, instead of being soft and inviting, resembled a relic from an ancient civilization – hard, unyielding, and seemingly impervious to the passage of time. As I attempted to take a bite, I felt like an archaeologist chipping away at a fossilized artifact. The salt, unfortunately, couldn't salvage the situation; it merely clung to the surface, refusing to penetrate the crust.In summary, Subway's footlong pretzel was a missed opportunity. The combination of rock-hard bread and insufficient seasoning left me longing for a softer, saltier experience. Perhaps next time, they'll strike the right balance – a pretzel that's both satisfyingly crunchy and delightfully seasoned.

Kinda wish I checked out the veggies before buying. Everything was old and brown( tomatoes, lettuce and the spinach) so really I didn’t get anything on my sandwich except what didn’t look bad. Went next door to Ralph’s to buy what I didn’t get. Won’t be returning.

Very skimpy with the portions. All the pics inside are misleading and show stuffed sandwiches but when they make it it is very skimpy and nothing like the pictures! Complete rip off! Too pricey for what you actually get.

I order 2 sandwiches and I didn't put any vegetables because they did not look fresh, tomatoes looked expired, lettuce was a little brown, and the cucumbers look mushy. I'm not going to come to this Subway again.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Clean shop with a modern look. Great AC.The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helped me make a great Titan Turkey (7/11/23 at 11am). The gentleman and the lady Cashier had wonderful customer service. It was so refreshing to interact with people who are so great at customer interaction.This will definitely be my go-to Subway in my area.Parking: Can get a little crowded for parking because of the Ralph's, jack in the box and other businesses. i went here with my family and as soon as we walked we say hi as we walked in the worker was on the phone with her friend and ignored us for a while. about 7 mins later the girl got off her phone call and asked said "what do you want".I'm sorry but that is no way to talk to your costumers. the girl had an attitude from the beginning the whole time the girl was rude and mean. No respect awf behavior and customer service I have never been to a subway and got a employee like this before. i would not want to eat here at all anyways because Inless your watching her make ur food you would see this lady does not change gloves and touched everything in the same gloves. I'm sorry but I do not want my raw meet to be on top of my fresh avocado and I sure don't know where or who else have touched the handle of the microwave and she did not change gloves and when we asked her did u change gloves she had answered with and said "yes "as we watch her the whole time touching everything on the counter and food and when we said u didn't she got an attitude and changed gloves. the rest of the time she was telling us that that will be extra that will be extra when it came like that on the order border. the food was dry and didn't taste right. Im not the type of person to say something but I feel like this place needs changes and fast. I would not consider going here. the place is small but the place would do a lot better if the employees made the room more comfortable and not so unwelcoming. there was no music or anything wanting to keep you there The overall ambience of the room is casual but very unwelcoming

You guys are ok when it comes to getting my order right but only when it's in person. Do my instructions not show up on my online order when you receive it? Or is it that hard to read a few extra words on the order? And on top of that y'all didn't even cut the damn sandwich like huh?? My sandwich is the driest when I order delivery with you guys I stg.

I received a coupon in the mail I gave the clerk my coupon but the coupon would not scan & they said they could not enter the discount manually she called the manger on the phone but he said there was nothing they could do if the coupon doesn't scan needless to say I will not be going to this subway

Used to be my go to as it is next to my house, I'm not sure what has happened these past few months but they act like they cannot afford to put any meat or vegetables on your sandwiches. I always get a veggie delight which is all vegetables, first off they always skimp me on the cheese, second, I have to say each vegetable one at a time so I can ask them to please put more as 5 slivers of lettuce and 3 spinach leaves are definitely not enough. Not only that but getting charged extra for meat/cheese that should have already been there is absolutely ridiculous.Either a training issue or they can't afford it, will definitely be finding a new subwayWould also like to add I thought it was kinda gross how they made my sandwich with no gloves last time, and this time they dropped bread from out of the oven on the floor picked it up, did not change their gloves and continued to make my sandwich

It is unbelievable how bad the management policies are. I asked for the sub to be wrapped into two the same way I've done it for past 15 years! They refused to do although I insisted. I hope they take the franschacise from the owner as his service SUCKS!
