Ordered on the phone to pick up. Ordered eggrolls, yellow chicken curry & pad Thai with shrimp. The total was more than $50 and the curry didn't even come with rice. If I sat in the restaurant and ate the curry I'd be paying extra for white rice? Quality of food doesn't make up for being cheap af and such small quantities of food. Won't be back.

Ordered on the phone to pick up. Yellow chicken curry, spring rolls and pad thai with shrimp. Total was over $51 but I figured everything costs more nowdays. Hubby cones home with smaller than expected bag but I tried to be optimistic. Portions were really small. Pad thai was kinda dry, nothing bad but nothing good. My biggest peev was the eggrolls were in a small box that didn't have a vent so they showed up soggy & stale. Any legit place serving eggrolls knows to put holes in the box when it's being delivered or picked up. They also did not come with the Lettuce, thai Basil & stuff that they used to come with. And my biggest peev....no white rice for the yellow curry! So you're telling me if I sat down in this place I'd be paying extra for white rice? Since when? I understand if I wanted extra or a ton more than normal but damn. Not what it used to be & won't be back.

I came here for a party with a large group of people and everything was so nice! we made a reservation beforehand due to the large size of our group and we were seated in a private room. The waiters/waitresses were patient with us as we were all giving them our orders. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous to try their food due to past reviews, however, everything was delicious. One thing I would note is that they should really highlight which items on their menu contain common allergens (ex. peanuts). My friend is highly allergic to peanuts and ordered something she thought would be safe, however, when she got the order, there were peanuts on it. The staff was so accommodating about it and let her order another dish without peanuts. I ordered their beef pad see ew and it was delicious! A little on the salty side, however, still yummy.

This is supposedly the original Thai Nakorn. The same old location that reopened after fire long time ago. We have not come to this place for many years. Somebody mentioned might be new owner. Place has been renovated recently. Look nicer. Service was good. Lots of people order to go and lots of big party, literally. We have couple table of 20s, 10s, and some 3-4 people. This is a good place to have big party meal. They do can accomodate big tables. Not lots of restaurant can accomodate that anymore. Parking is free, onsite. About 14 slot in front and some on the side of the building. Food in average are decent. Some better than other. Some are just mediocre. Plate are big but the content rather small, less compare to the price you pay for some typical Thai dishes. Larb Salad - delicious, lots of meatTod Mun Fish Cakes was tasty and good sauce. Deep fried fish with Mango sauce. This is the star of our dinner. The sauce is on the spot. Pad See ew and Pad Thai were ok. Had better at other places and more in a plate. Tom Yum was overladen with MSG. Maybe an error or rush. Actually, we order Tom Kha. They delivered other table plates to us. We rerouted the other but too late for Tom Yum. So we're the Tom Yum instead. Chicken Satay was okay. Meat was tender. Peanut sauce most likely skimpy. Deep fried catfish with house sauce is also good, delicious sauce. Not spicy at all for me. We closed with Mango Sticky rice. Nice warm sticky rice with sweet mango. Hit the spot. Might come again if we have big party.

Came to have lunch here 3 days in a row. I believe that speaks for the food itself. I had the curry chicken, shrimp fried rice and for dessert mango sticky rice. So good that I ordered it again the next day. I also tried the fried catfish and I wish I was in California longer to have it again a second time. The portions are great to share. Authentic and fresh. The staff was super friendly and before I left my second time they told me they'd see me tomorrow. Lol. Wish I took photos of my dessert. I had enough to bring home to share and my in laws loved it. Restaurant itself is bright, clean and cute. They have a tree inside right up front. Not sure if it was real but it was really cute!

Vegan Thai food makes me happy and this place does the trick! The menu does not appear to be as vegan friendly as it is, but they are willing to make items vegan and they're knowledgeable about leaving out ingredients like fish sauce. They even made some veggie spring rolls for us (fresh and not on the menu).Spicy dishes were the right amount of spicy, so make sure you actually mean it when you order spicy. Pad kee mao is always a go to and their vegan version was enjoyed by everyone (including meat eaters) on multiple occasions. Soups are served over a live fire so they are fresh and hot in addition to the great presentation. While this wouldn't be my top recommendation for vegan options, it's a solid option for those who want great Thai food for meat eaters and vegans/vegetarians.Service is sufficient, helpful and nice but not over the top. Parking is easy in their lot. The restaurant is pretty big, there was a group of around 20-30 people at one long table while we were there, so they clearly accommodate large parties.

1. Service was nice and polite. 2. Food was the worst Thai food I've ever had and I'm not picky at all. In the past I've been here and it was fine but today was either really off or their quality has gone to zero. Ordered the yellow curry lunch special. The soup that comes with it was good except for the chicken. It had a taste of being old or freezer burned. The yellow curry was good except for the chicken in it. It was actually still cold as the curry was warm. As though the curry was newly made and then old and cold chicken was thrown in right before it was served. The rice was exceptionally soggy. 3. I don't like giving bad reviews because I support local small businesses but I had to make an exception today because I'm absolutely sure the chicken served in both the soup and curry were old. The rice was also not edible. Extraordinarily soggy.4. Aside from a group of nurses from across the street that came in during lunch, we were the only ones there. This kind of tells me the locals are not frequenting or patronizing this place anymore. I hope something changes and their business picks up but the food today was not something that should be sold. Sorry for such a critical review but you need to do better than this.

After ordering delivery and visiting this location before. I echo the sentiments of other yelpers that this restaurant falls short and has declined. The atmosphere is the same as it is decorated similarly to the other location. The bright decor and wicker pendant lanterns are cute, but the booths are so far from the table. The table is not bolted in so you can move it closer to one side, but if you want to sit opposite one another then someone has to reach for their food and plate. The staff was not overly welcoming upon entrance or seating, nor did they check up during service. We ordered the pineapple fried rice, tom yum, pad thai, and thai iced tea. The pineapple fried rice was a little bland. I had to add the fish sauce that came with the table. The chicken in it was cut weird in wide but thin strips. That made it tough and dry and there was no seasoning on the chicken whatsoever. The shrimp were large and juicy, no complaints. However, we found a thin short black hair sitting on a pineapple which you can see in the picture from the left corner. (Both my friend and I do not have short black hair) He was both uninterested and unapologetic. He just told us a new one would come out and took both my plate and the half finished fried rice without asking. The tom yum was a bit sweet for my liking, but the flavors were fragrant. The pad thai was lacking a smoke/char flavor that comes from high heat cooking. As a result, it was on the mushier side, but the flavor/sauce was balanced. I wish it came with crispy scrambled egg as other places do. The thai iced tea could have been creamier, but it was sweet and strong. We had the new order of fried rice packed up since we were already full. I wish a compensation was offered, but we weren't given a choice. Later, I come home to eat the leftovers including the fried rice. I find a half eaten shrimp tail in the new order of fried rice which hadn't been touched until then since it was boxed up by the restaurant. I'm assuming it's from my plate that was taken away or the old plate of fried rice. They probably mixed it with some new rice to not waste our first plate, but they didn't get away with it this time. This experience was so disappointing because I had thought I found a solid thai place to go to, and it was a first time taking someone here.

One of the good Thai options in Orange County.. The food tasted great and you get large quantity of food for a good price ?We tried their famous dishes -* Beef Panang Curry ? (must try) - the meat was so tender and had nice curry taste* Thai Nakorn Fried Rice, Spicy Basil Fried Rice ? - Even though its their house specials, we felt it was regular fried rice as in other places..* Spring rolls - this was also goodWould definitely recommend it to others..??

This place pleasantly surprised me. The interior has been remodeled from the pictures I had seen on Google. It looks really nice now! My Pad See Ew with tofu was delicious, if slightly salty for my taste. My dining partner is a big eater and noted they thought the portions were on the smaller side. I plan on coming back here!

Now, after trying their Stanton location, I must say this location falls far below expectation.Service isn't that great, and although they didn't have that many servers, they constantly forgot about my table. Took about 20 minutes to order, another to get water, where we had to ask them again because they forgot.Unfortunately, the ambience isn't great either. It's pretty dim, and not well-kept. The restrooms are hardly checked on as it was dirty when I went. The food still has that good quality to it. But, the service and ambience made it less of an enjoyable experience for me. Highly recommend just going to their Stanton location.
