I had the pulled pork nachos and chili, both were top notch. The chili was spicy excellent flavor.April 7, 2024This time I had the spare ribs. Highest grade on all of flavor and product quality and preparation.Parking: Parking shouldn't be a problem but during weekday lunch hours parking can be a challenge.Kid-friendliness: Bench seating for perhaps 25.

Been on my radar for a minute the reviews I've read we're all spot on . This might arguably be the best bbq in so cal . Top to bottom delicious, savory , sweet , spicy, smoky , and full of flavor . They sell oit quick and rightfully so as it's one of the best gems in all of o.c.

Overrated. The girl working there today 3/16, didn’t help the case by not giving me my drink that came with the subpar rib meal. Go to the Smoking Queen that just opened in Garden Grove. It’s far better BBQ.

Wasn't too many people there when it opened during lunchtime on a Saturday, which means it was quicker service for us. I got the 1/2lb brisket with green beans and mashed potatoes. I was kinda surprised at how many beans you get and the mashed potatoes were nice and creamy. The brisket itself was savory and soft, so I didn't need to ask for a knife or anything. The prices honestly aren't that bad, especially given how expensive everything is now. I'd definitely come back again if I was in the area!

The menu was changed up a bit. The prices I think seem the same . The only thing changed is that the short rib they had for around $50 is now about $27 with a meal. The short rib is pulled from the bone and cut in portions to serve. The food we ordered was amazing ( taste test: pulled pork sandwich, pork spare ribs, beef spare ribs, and brisket) One thing about the brisket, which has always been my favorite every time we visit, was a little dry. Was it still delicious? Ofc it was !! But my favorite meat today was the pork spare ribs. they were juicey, cooked to perfection!! Burnt parts on the outside were delicious!! Very tender !!! It was so tender, You can suck the meat right off the bone!!! (Clean thoughts, guys) .. the sides were okay. The green peas were too salty, garlic potatoes were bland, and they always have been. Was hoping it changed because garlic potatoes just sound delicious, lol. Cole claw.. was very creamy for me. Mac and cheese .. nothing special.. was just that. The creamy corn? Oh yeah, that was my favorite. One star loss due to service (long wait for food, no utensils, longer wait for refills. Place was busy but controlled since the restaurant was small. I see the waitress busy in the back .. someone has to focus on the customers in the front . Anyways.. if you paid $178.00 for this experience. You would assume everything is at least at level 9/10 or higher. this place is still on top of my list for great food. Restaurants are allowed to have bad daysParking: Small parking lot but there was always a couple available. Of not, you can also park in the back.

This is the best bbq in Orange County! As the name insinuates, all of their ribs are amazing! Not to mention the brisket is tender and of great quality. I appreciate the 2 types of bbq sauce that are made in house. They also make their own ranch from scratch! Everything is always fresh and cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this spot if you’re craving bbq.

Blown away by the quality of the food. BBQ restaurants tends to be hit or miss and The Smoking Ribs hits! We had the pulled pork fries, which were divine, the last 1/2 pound of brisket, which was tender and savory. My friend had the half rack baby back which he sweats by. I had a rib and personally i felt it was a bit dry but it did melt off the bone so it may just be my personal preference. He also had a side creamed corn, which is made in house and is a sweet and the corn is fresh! It’s almost dessert level sweet! Overall, glad we stopped here.
