This location by time has been going g downhill idk if there’s new management because they never have what I want I call like 40 minutes before they close and sometimes they pick up the phone and when they do they tell me that they don’t have what I want and it will take around 30 minutes to prep it and by the time they do they will be closing soon it’s the night staff crew that works on the weekends that always does this very bad service
Went after a horrible experience at ross and my spirit went up. The cashier was so nice and I loved how quiet and clean it was. My husband and I felt comfortable enough to eat there with our son. Thank you to the sweet cashier! Honestly made our night.

I frequent this restaurant often and have never been denied service before 10pm. Restaurant listed to close at 10pm on store front and Google Maps. Arrived at 9:27pm to a garbage bin baracading the entrance with OPEN lights on. Upon opening the door and squeezing past the garbage bin, an employee mopping the back, with her back towards me, frustratingly shouts "We Are Closed" in an aggressive tone as if annoyed by my entrance. I replied I was under the impression they close at 10pm, sign says 10pm. The employee rudely continued mopping and ignored me. I had planned my evening around this venue based on location and hours and I was rudely denied service before the listed closing hours. It was a big inconvenience for my dietary goals for the day and very confusing why they closed early. It was raining this evening, perhaps manager called an audible to close up early. An rude inconvenience nonetheless from an establishment I have NEVER had issues with in the past

This is the last time this location will rip me off. The bowl empty !! And is all rice and no meat… and after reading all the other reviews, it’s not just me, they serve everyone else like this too. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location from now on.. this is ridiculous so stingy and not worth what I paid for !!

This location must be going out of business soon. They are giving out meager portions now. A Waba bowl is now 95% rice with a few pieces of beef and chicken.
The portions at this specific waba are terrible. For 12 dollars the amount of food you get is not worth it. I drive to other waba grills because this one purposely gives smaller portions and charges more than down the street.

Food was okay but very little potions! Are they really that cheap they couldn't fill the entire bowl up with protein yet they charge $12. Not to mention we found a bug in the green onion.

Update: it's still not good as they managed to not only be unprofessional, but like other reviews have mentioned they skimp out on portions for the protein. I bought a chicken bowl last week and only the top layer had chicken. Everything else was rice. That's 95% rice to 5% chicken for you math people out there. What a rip off. Other locations don't practice this scam. If I could give a negative star review I would.
