I've recently started coming to this Walmart and I'm very disappointed. Yesterday I went in with my daughter and the cashier Sanya or Sonya in cosmetics was really rude and unprofessional. My daughter paid as I was standing close by , I watched her not only be rude to her but to other customers too. We walked away but went back to try and see her name tag because I wanted to make sure I had a name for this review. That kind of customer service should be unacceptable.

This review is solely about the grocery order pickup. I have not actually stepped foot inside this store. With the pandemic, I began to explore various no contact grocery options. This has been the single option that I have continued to use through out, and continue to use now, even as things have opened up. Ordering via the app is easy and simple. You are also able to create substitution items should your item be out and you wish to sub (you can also decline a sub). You will also be sent the substation to approve prior to your order completing as well. Through the app, you select a time to pickup and you will get a notice when it's time to head over to get your groceries. I have always had great service from all the employees working the order pickup area. The only downside is that sometimes it can take some time to get your order once you've checked in. I think I've waited up to 20 additional minutes, which is not an issue for me, but I wanted to ensure you are aware. The employee places the items in your car and you are on your way. Again, I'll continue to use this service, even post panini just due to the ease of use of the service!

Sadly there is not a way to give negative stars. Went in today the day before Memorial Day. I cannot begin to tell you how horrendous my experience was! The employees were not only ignoring the customers but they were chatting in the isles about their plans and what they did. I got into line 7 at 3pm. Several customers including myself asked for back up as not only was line seven to the former jewelry counter area the self check out was to it as well. I was told by the "assistant manager" that there were no employees train to do the register. So out of the 50+ employees only one was on duty? There's no reason that she couldn't have jumped on a register. I spent 30 mins in line! Totally inexcusable that leadership refused to jump into a line and assist customers. I wish I could blame the pandemic for this but this truly falls to all management at this location. All employees should be trained in every position! There is no reason for this. Michelle is the only reason I still come to this store. I would rather spend the few extra dollars at target where I get treated like my money matters!!!

The associate in Cosmetics, Shelley, was very helpful and courteous when I was waiting to have fabric cut. She went out of her way to go to next department and use a phone to have assistance paged. Thank you, Shelley for your help and being a friendly associate also.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Everything was great until check out. ONE cashier with a line of no less that 10 FULL shopping carts and apparently there is "no one else". I did self check-out, but have a bottle of wine. Ralphs will check out alcohol at self check out. Here, nope. Has to wait in line with things melting, one guy can't decide what cigarettes he wants! This is so maddening!! Why can't one of the FIVE yellow Vested Employees standing around open a register or help check-out with an alcohol purchase? Ridiculous! Reminds we why I don't shop at WalMart!

This got to be the worst Walmart of all , I have been in line for the past 45 minutes so that I can pay for my items, because they are cheap and don't want to pay employees they won't open registers so that customers don't waste their time in line for 2 hours. The problem is that they have people who are not qualified to run a store this big, after I told one of the yellow jacket people there she just answered if you have alcohol to buy just don't buy it and use the self checkout , I am pretty sure that owners of Walmart just love that answer , I mea in store this big they should have at least 3-4 registers helping customers with the Covid-19 going on and all. Shame on the manager of this store because I am pretty sure he or she is not earning their income.

Small, crowded location with ONE checkout open. A second opened and a customer with an overloaded cart steps ahead. She was next. Instead of opening more registers, management decides to come and "direct traffic." We were all lined up nicely waiting for next register and instead she starts putting people in line. She insists that I go into overloaded cart aisle. In return, 6 families that were behind me in line, actually checked out in front of me in the shorter line. How about instead of holding people up, or directing people that don't need directing, you open up more registers or get behind a register yourself and help? Poor, poor management.

This walmart has zero training what so ever about answering the phones. I have been waiting 15-20 minutes to get ahold of someone about a job opportunity and i cant get ahold of ANYONE! Very disappointed because target would never take this long to answer a phone call. Customer service is a zero for me here.

I had to leave a review for an associate by the name of Matt, who offered the best customer service that I've ever experienced at any Walmart. Give this man a promotion if he isn't already a manager. He was very knowledgeable and helped my husband and I understand the issue that we were having with a sound bar that we purchased. Had it not been for him I would've gone home upset and confused, because I bought the incorrect items--luckily that didn't happen. This man deserves some recognition. Thank you Matt for your help and if we decide to upgrade to a bigger TV, we're coming to see you.

This is probably the worse Walmart I've been to. from a customer service standpoint. Ordered two canvas prints and paid extra for four hour service since I needed them for a gift Showed up 7 hours later and the customer service person tried to give me two rolled up prints, UNMOUNTED using the excuse that the store was busy and they didn't have time to finish. Offered to give me the materials to mount them myself or I could come back another day. WTH? Went to the same store twice to buy a fishing license. The first time a rude man told me he couldn't help me and walked away mid conversation. I used the call button and they sent him back. He told me the machine was down and said "I told you I couldn't help you". Next visit to pick up my canvas prints (finally done 3 days later) and tried to again buy the fishing license. Assistant manager came to help and couldn't figure it out. 15 min later she tried to turn me away but I was not leaving without it. She called over a young man named Kevin who took care of it in a minute. On my way out, went to customer service to pick up an order. Waited in line for 20 minutes since it's the holidays and yet they only had one person working. Found out I needed to go to the unmarked package pick up line that has 24 people in front of me (I counted) and one person working. There was no room to space out in line as we still navigate Covid19. Left the store and am now cancelling my order. Although Walmart is a big company and could care less about one person's experience, I will not shop at this store again.

Thank you very much to on site store manager Ty and the employees at the exit! They went out of their way to get us some good pumpkins! It's rare to have this type of customer service now and days! Made my boys Halloween extra special!

Worst customer service! Change the MANAGER! They don't care about their customers! This location just lost a frequent buyer because of poor management!

Really bad service on the return department. We weren't more than 13 people waiting on line and even we ask for for help cause there was only one employee taking care of all the returns. Their answer was that no one else was trained in that department. 40 mts I had to wait for them to tell me that they were not receiving back any items from the pharmacy or body care department cause of the corona virus!!!!! ‍

Horrible experience!!! Please change the manager!! She didn't allow me to return a carpet cleaner, she said that due to covid 19 they're not accepting returns for vacuums but when I went to another Walmart, I saw people returning vacuums.
