Best wingstop trip yet!4.5/520 Boneless Wing Deal | $16.99Food: 20 Boneless Wing deal is a great deal for a party of 2 or 3. Comes with 20 wings with 4 flavors, a large fry, and 2 dips. I got the Mango Habanero, Lakers Garlic, Spicy Korean, and Mild. Spicy Korean and Mango Habanero were my favorites! Wingstop is a chain, so there are many of them around. This one was especially delicious compared to the other wingstops I had been to. Chicken was fresh and the flavors were delicious.Service: The staff were great. I had to wait a couple minutes for my food, but I was able to have my fountain drink during that time. Ambiance: Ample seating inside the restaurant, and tables were clean! It's inside a plaza, so there's definitely other shops to check around there.

Ordered tonight big order including tenders and the short change by placing over cooked tiny tender even though they charge premium pice! Very disappointing and I can see why they are low star treating customers this way
I came in yesterday the service Was ok but man my wings that came out the were Cold and dry and the wait time for 20 minutes is crazy amout for 10 pice bone in wings , I have been here in the past but im not sure whats going on and me as a cook chef no food should be serve cold and dry, the cooks are sending the orders and not focusing on quality. Like how i say if you want a good reviews wingstop at least do better

I placed an online order and canceled it. Days later, I saw I was still charged. I called the store, and some rude, unprofessional girl named Gabriela answered the phone and said if it was canceled, then we did not charge you. Take it up with the bank and slammed the phone to hang up on me. I called back many times to be hung up on, put on hold, or no answer at all. I called again, and someone named Viviana answered. She wasn't helpful and just as rude as Gabriela. I asked to speak to a manager, and this trick hung up too after saying the manager was on break. I called back again, and Sophie, who is supposed to be one of the managers, answered. I told her what happened and with no resolution or apologies from her, I asked to have the number to corporate and said I felt like coming up there to confront them and record them and send to corporate but I wasn't going to waste my time. Sophie put the phone down as she was supposed to be getting the number to corporate. While I was waiting, I was talking to the passenger in my car. I said those bitches are unprofessional and hoes don't need to be answering the phones and one of them said oh no we are not dealing with her talking to us that way. I was not talking to them.. Then Sophie got on the phone and said I'm not coming up there and they had security waiting for me and they were recording the call. I said if they weren't so rude, they wouldn't need security. I asked for corporate, and this unprofessional trick said no and hung up the phone. Worst customer service ever. They all need some customer service training and need to be fired. I called another store and got corporate number. Corporate took my complaint and issued me a refund. I will never return to Garden Grove Wingstop.

the day shift? they do they big one everytime. i try to avoid ordering after 5 but that's a story for a different time. i order through door dash for lunch sometimes and they never disappoint.always fresh & who ever writes my name on the bag has the prettiest hand writing.thank
