We had a $50 gift card back then, we hardly ever go, (meaning we only went once and spent that card once) yet when the next time we went, we were told the card is "empty". Clearly not, and then when recently, when we went to weigh the yogurt, the worker claims "The weight machine is broken" yet there are two. Immediately tells us to pay 7 dollars when it clearly should be 5-6 dollars. Yes that one dollar difference means something. Anything regarding human interactions was a low score, food itself is good.

As a long-time devotee to the world of sweet, tangy, and cool delights, I pen this review with a heavy heart. The decline of Yogurtland, a once-magnificent realm of frozen yogurt bliss, is an unfortunate tale of quality sacrificed at the altar of cost-cutting and profit margin expansion. This sad turn of events has transformed a once favored haunt of mine into a shadow of its former self.Let's start with the pivotal issue - the yogurt itself. One could argue that the quality of the yogurt is the backbone of any establishment of this kind. To my dismay, the frozen yogurt at Yogurtland has lost its frosty charm, trading iciness for an unfortunate, mushy consistency that borders on the saccharine. This once enchanting realm where cold and creamy yogurt flowed, now seems to be serving a less than stellar variation that is disappointingly wet and mush-like.The magic of Yogurtland was the crisp, cold bite of their offerings which could instantly take you on a sensory trip from hot summer days to the refreshing chills of winter wonderlands. The current offerings, however, seem more akin to a lukewarm spring day than the icy winter escape we used to cherish.Equally troubling is the pricing. One of the charming aspects of Yogurtland used to be its affordability. Everyone from budget-conscious students to families looking for a wallet-friendly treat could partake in the delight of customizable frozen yogurt sundaes. Regrettably, this is no longer the case. Prices have been jacked up, doubling in some cases, and it's hard to justify such an increase when the quality has taken a considerable nosedive. The deterioration doesn't stop at the yogurt or the pricing either. The overall environment of the establishment has suffered as well. Cleanliness, the unsung hero of any food establishment, seems to be on a lengthy vacation at this particular Yogurtland. The lack of attention to detail in maintaining the premises has added a grimy layer to the overall experience. It's a disheartening sight. The tables that once shone under the gleam of diligent care are now marred with unsightly smears. The dispensers that used to glint with cleanliness, now bear the telltale smudges of neglect. And don't even get me started on the spoons and topping containers.Yogurtland used to be a place where quality met affordability, where one could escape into the delicious world of self-served frozen yogurt. It was a land where cleanliness was as much a part of the decor as the quirky yogurt machine designs and colorful wall art. Now, it appears to have become a place where standards have been lowered and prices raised, all to the detriment of what used to be a vibrant, quality-driven yogurt utopia. This transformation is nothing short of tragic, especially for those of us who remember the golden days of Yogurtland. It is my hope that this critique serves as a call to action, a plea for the management to take note, roll up their sleeves, and restore this beloved spot to its former glory. It's never too late to turn things around. We miss the old Yogurtland - its icy delights, its pocket-friendly offerings, and its squeaky-clean ambiance. Let's hope that we get that back someday soon.

I'm sorry, a Yogurtland that doesn't do samples?? That's a straight up ABOMINATION. I believe it's location specific since I just went to another location a week ago (on Chapman and Brookhurst), that still provided sample cups. While I love Yogurtland and their endless ideas for different flavors, the execution isn't always there. They'll come up with a flavor that sounds delicious in theory, but the taste will be totally off-putting. Since we already made the trip there, we decided to just risk it and get a few flavors, but what a regrettable decision. The only flavors that were actually palatable were the chocolate, alphonso mango tart, and the Thai tea. Even then, the consistency of the yogurt wasn't great, since most of them came out watery. The "lucky Irish mint," which I UNLUCKILY got in my cup, was sickeningly sweet (and I normally LOVE mint desserts). The ube had a strange chemical taste to it, and after one bite, my husband threw away the rest. Luckily for this Yogurtland, it's located in a super busy plaza with other restaurants, so I'm sure their stingy business tactics won't keep customers away. For me personally, I won't be visiting again because it's a waste of money to come and hope that I pick the right flavors that day. I know that there are cheap people out there who sample the yogurt without having any intention of purchasing anything, but I don't agree with punishing paying customers who just want to have an idea of what they're paying for.

This place making me lose all my money. I just got paid bruh. Every time me and my girl are done eating a meal, she always suggests this place. I'm like "goddam, can we try another place? It's like our 10th time this week." She loves the Ube and Pistachio Flavor here. It goes so hard. My favorite is the cheesecake one. We always stack our toppings as much as we can. We usually add almonds and coconut flakes. Then, cheesecake bits and peanut butter. Then, gummy bears and cookies. Then, oreo bits and reeses cups. Then, apples, bananas, pineapples, kiwi, and strawberries. Then, a drizzle of chocolate, more peanut butter, sprinkles, and more mochi toppings. Then, add a cherry on top and like 5 strawberries waffles sticks. Then, more peanut butter and popping boba balls. Then, granola and more peanut butter and fruits. Finally, a kiss on her cheek. hehehehehehe The workers here are so chill like the yogurt..... They're very sweet and very quick with their job. Lots of seating. This place opens pretty late like 10:30ish. Don't forget to check in, brothas.

Haven't been to this location in a minute but it was clean inside so I could tell staff maintains it. Speaking of staff we had Kenny serve us and he was a delight! so patient and friendly with my group and I (we were a big loud group). Last but certainly not least, so many flavors to chose from especially toppings!! Yum!

Business hours states that this location opens at 12pm but they don't. Waited 10-15 mins and it seems like they weren't opening soon so left and went across to sunmerry bakery,

This place needs to show the employees how to greet the customers. It can make or break yur business. Flavors out vanilla, strawberry, mango, almonds emptya sat?? They should keep the yogurt trays clean. Learn the business from the store on Main Street inHB . That is a well run place. Employees greets the customers have flavors going. I will come back when things changes. Concern customers
