I went in an hour before closing and they were mopping the floor starting from the door. Like at-least start from the back. It felt weird like they were confused why i was there. And he barley filled my point of ice cream. Its was barely anything in there. The ice cream melted fast despite me living across the street and putting it in my freezer asap. I tipped the highest amount because i felt sorry for them. I wont be coming back . Decent service is so hard to find. Plus i was damn near slipping on the wet floors on the way out .

Baskin - Robbins hasn't changed too much it still very good ice cream, for now at a very high cost, but I know these are the times. I ordered 2 Scoops black walnut & chocolate chip in a cup for $4.99. The young lady who waited on me was nice and pleasant.

The nicest servers ever. They were very friendly and offered samples. The store may look retro but it is very clean and cheerful inside. We were welcomed right when we walked in. They happen to have a special today since it's the 31st of March. 31% off of every scoop. Our lucky day! The No Sugar added Pineapple Coconut is sooo good, and it doesn't raise your blood sugar dramatically. The Icing on the Cake is very yummy. In honor of baseball season starting, I got Baseball Nut (vanilla with ribbons of raspberry and peanuts). So creamy and delicious. There is plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out. BR's 31 flavors has been around a long time and is still great ice cream. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

The lady said I press to tip them 2.50 on the tip when I didn't she had a really bad attitude to me even costumer said the same thing. You guys shouldn't hire kids here.

The girls working today were fantastic! Super sweet and attentive with my niece. The place was really clean and ice cream was delicious!

I would never walk in this place again. I came into Baskin-Robbins today to buy my son ice cream after his win at his soccer game. My kids and husband were in the car waiting for me. I walked in where there were two girls standing there. I heard, can I help you? I ordered two different ice creams on two separate types of cones. When the lady came back with it I asked her why they were in containers. She began with an attitude about it, but I couldn't really hear what she was saying because we're both short and the glass counter is very high. But I can tell by her facial expression and her body language that she was not being nice. I finally understood her saying, do you want me to redo it?? I said, either or you can throw some cones on top of them or you can redo it. Basically I didn't care. I just wanted the cones. She proceeds to roll her eyes and walk away once again. I didn't hear her. So I asked her what did you say? As she's walking away, she says, I don't have to serve you because you have an attitude. What!?!?! Honestly, I think I handled the situation very badly because I think I was in complete shock. I have never had this type of service or have somebody act like this at any business in my LIFE! And I'm in my 40s. I then caught the very bad attitude with her because I realize she's being extremely rude towards me. And I knew it had something else to do with the situation. It wasn't because I was being rude. I was not being rude at all. I was in a great mood. My son just won his soccer game. I just asked her if she could fix my order. Since when weren't you allowed to inform a place when your order is wrong. She told me I can file a complaint with her manager and I asked okay. Let me see the manager. She then proceeds to scream a cell phone number with a 562 area code. Super fast. I think at one point I was thinking is this real?. Then me and her had bad words with each other because I had enough. My husband walks in asking what happened. She changes her tone because she sees he's not white. And probably realizes there's someone else to validate my story at this point. Long story short, she calls me a stupid f****** white b****. Which makes me realize this situation happened because I'm white and I have big boobs and she didn't like me from when I walked in. Obviously I'll follow a complaint with the corporate office but I would never come here again or anything that Dunkin' donuts or 31 flavors owns. The fact that they would allow someone on the floor to represent them like this is appalling to me and I would never spend my money somewhere like this. I was upset that I didn't just walk out and call the corporate on Monday and why I've even proceeded to argue back with her. You can tell by her disposition she's going to be a menace to society and a lower life. But I think I was very taken back by the moment when I was in it. This is also my regular 31 flavors that I've been many of times before and I have not seen this girl previously. I am wondering if this is a franchise. Because of the fact that she felt so comfortable acting like that for one and two, the fact that she was giving me someone's cell phone number to complain to. I should have recorded the whole thing. But I did take a picture because of her screaming and not giving me her name.
