The garlic and hot sauce were fantastic as well.Pro tip: Get one of the plates, mix in the hot sauce and a little bit of the garlic sauce into the protein (I went with the beef) and rice. Then mix in the hummus. Now you’ve got a dish that will rival the best halal cart in NYC.Also the pita bread that had falafel literally baked into it?Are you kidding me?Amazing.Great staff, great food. Will be back.
I was looking for a Mediterranean spot in Gardena, and came across Borjstar and decided to try it. They have a very friendly atmosphere, made me feel right at home, the food was great as well, I ordered the chicken kabob which was so flavorful. Would recommend! :)
