The honey butter biscuit is also interesting, and this is probably the last place remaining with a good, cheap apple pie. RIP McDonald's.Don't bother with the crinkle fries. I always get a sandwich and pie here, then use the McD app deal for a $1.29 any-size fry and make coffee at home. Total $8 for a big meal.
This location is supposed to be open until 10:00 pm. This is the second time I have come here around 8:15 pm and although the lights are on and they appear open, when I went through the drive thru, they stated they were closed. I can't comment on the food as I have not successfully ordered any.

Sat in line for 10 minutes and the car ahead of me never moved. Drive around to the front of the store and the door is locked at 8:30pm. There was other car in in line in front of the car ahead of me. Watch two other cars leave because service is unbearable slow. Do better.

The customer service here...for lack of a better word, "extremely ghetto". The employee, particularly the black girl behind the counter had a major attitude. When I arrived to pick up an order placed online by my friend, she repeatedly asking me what company I work for, which left me so confused. Unfortunately, her tone became aggressive and insulting, and even after explaining it was a Postmates order, she continued talking sh!t about me to her coworkers.Ordering through an app such as UberEats or Postmates, etc. does NOT mean we work for these companies. Management should educate them basic service manners & the concept of online orders so they don't come off so IGNORANT & RUDE!Sunday 11/19 around 5:20pm

Customer service could do better. Lady working cashier is rude and pushy. Took her time to come to the front and ask if you're ready. Then she said chicken is not ready spicy or regular. Big attitude. I left without purchasing anything.

I'm giving it a two star and the reason why I'm giving it a two star is because they were supposed to give me mix hot as well is Reglan I got the biscuits and the okra in the coleslaw and I ask for two wings also with that five piece, leg and thigh This is what I got biscuits I didn't ask for biscuits I asked for coleslaw and okra with two wings mix as well. I spent a total of $24.54. I tried to call and it says the recording says at this time the caller is not excepting any calls. At this time so therefore, I did not get what I paid for. I tried to call the one on Rosecrans the churches chicken and I still couldn't get a hold of anyone because the answer service is on and when you call back is busy I know I speak clear English plain English and I don't know if you got lost in translation or whatever I don't think I'm saying is this I will be calling tomorrow to find out what's going on because I cannot get back to that city. No time soon. I like going to the city because I know the chicken will be good as well, but I also noticed the size have gotten smaller what's going on? Plus they did not have any salt or taste on the chicken. It was just play just like the okra. I don't know if P was getting tired or just needed to go home. This is the reason why I give it would I give it... my wings was $5.78. I did not receive them and no one's answering the phones very unhappy never happened before.

They are ALWAYS out of food. If you expect to have free range to order the 5 items on the menu two are gone.

I believe that Churches is the best Fried Chicken fast food restaurant around. I really like the Smokehouse Chicken as well. They have a Family Deal where you can get 16 pieces of chicken, 3 Large sides and biscuits for $35.00. This is affordable for a large family.
