Ok so we still wanted those Bakers so I tried again 3 days ago but decided I would order online before I went for them to say they are all out of something. I ordered for pickup on Sunday. This done thru your Google acct. I pay in full. I get there to pick up and he says oh we are all out of bakers. Well the website didn't say this. He says he can't control that. He wasn't able to cancel the order with me there. Says he has to go in the back and refund me on the back end. Whatever that means. Looks like it means NEVER because still no refund. I will consider this a $58.95 lesson learned. BEWARE!!

1 out 2 times I arrive, they do not have major items on the menu such as ribs or sausage. It's a nice bbq franchise but unfortunately I will no longer be patronizing this specific location. It way too frustrating. I ordered online then drove over to pick up my food. At that point I was advised they didn't have ribs or polish sausage. They could not give me an instant refund since I placed my order through a third party. ?

Ordered DoorDash and totally botched the order. Missing sauces on the meats and incorrect sides. This all could have been avoided with a QA check before order went out, but doesn't look like this place does that. Won't be ordering here again with this type of attention to detail.

Do not order from here-Uber eats had to refund me because it never arrived. Their phone number is disconnected. I'm not the only one that has had the same experience-looks like they also did this lack of service with postmates too!

The ambiance is nice awesome music! Smells delicious! John provided excellent customer service and was very polite keeping nd and professional!My only concern with this visit ordering A half pound of brisket is that when I asked for the pickles and onions… John was disappointed to say that the owner didn’t buy them and that they were out of stock! Owner John deserves a raise and tone promoted before his peers! He’s going to keep your business having repeat customers! I will be back! Thanks John!

Ok, the food was good and the people are nice but the place needs help. No wings No potato salad No Texas toast Limited solf drinks French fries came from a smart and final bag. Place looks dirty inside. Prices are higher than posted. I can get smoke beef at other places like Lucille's I understand inflation impacts but that means you need to be do more as dollars are rationed.

Think this location needs to goout of business. They don't takeCredit/debit cards, I ordered online at a set time, I ran late (15 minutes) the order was not ready, NO sauce for my order, they screw up my order and left out my brownie which I had paid for. They need to stop, everything was wrong in so many ways.

Picked up my order on 2/10/24 it was a disaster what I saw! I ordered 9 slabs of St Louis style ribs and 5 lbs of sliced brisket! I spent 475.00! Celebrating my son's 50th birthday! I received 6 pans of baby back ribs over cooked meat falling off the bone shredded meat and bones, couldn't believe what I was seeing ? so embarrassed ? the brisket was chopped up with a few slices remaining! Only good for sliders! Contacted the store and was told manager would call back, no call back, yet call Corporate ? they said call the store, call guest services told to leave a message it hangs up before you begin to leave your message! Now placing your order from catering hot line they take your order right away they even call you back right away! Now that's when you initially giving them an order! But following through with an issue! Now I have never had an issue with this store on Artesia in Gardena and I am a frequent buyer but at this point I am terribly disappointed ? and hurt, never expected and the staff was so accommodating and friendly ? to do this and not even give you a call back! I do not believe in hurting a business but I am a Christian practicing woman an my advice is if you order from this location please check your order before leaving the store! I wanted to support Dickies, but unfortunately it's Downtown Long Beach, where there's no parking, and very expensive traffic tickets! Wish they were back on Ximeno where parking was free and easy! I'll try again when it's not rush hour!

I don't know what happened with this place it use to be really good about two years ago, but now it's awful I've tried 3 different occasions recently and the Chicken & Brisket was dried out overcooked all 3 times smh it seems if this place is getting sabotaged whom ever is cooking this meat it's horrible not coming back. Someone must be trying to shut this place down, I really just don't get it..... it's empty every time I go & the employees are so happy, I wonder why???? It's no customers lol
