Ordered two pizzas for delivery when they arrived. Both pizzas were raw and torn up from the bottom. Bottom layer was pushed more to one side. When I called to complain the girl Said she would credit me for the pizzas. Then proceeded to tell me that she deleted the order and that she refunded me. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing because I still have a $32 charge on my card.

Couldn't do anything on my birthday so I decided to get myself my favorite pizza. Thin crust. Their online software didn't display correctly that it was ready and their warmer machine didn't keep it warm so I had cold pizza on my birthday.Vegetarian options: It's pizza so you pick your toppings.

False advertising!!! No Customer Service!!Dominos claim that delivery w/in 30 minutes or Free is not true! I usually treat my service providers when they do a good job - today was no different. When my mechanic said they had not yet had lunch - I said no problem!But Delivery Service was over an hour. To top it off, when I called to follow up - person was rude & said just wait When it finally arrive hour later/ I placed follow up call and told to call back as manager not in. When I did call back & spoke to Isaiah - he said Bb no such offer. So poor guys who thought they would get additional pizza on the house was disappointed!!!

I was buying pizza for a party. And I was using the app. I didn't notice I had clicked pick up at later time instead of ASAP. I showed up and the pizzas were not ready. But I explained to the workers what happened and they changed the order and started on them right away. The pizzas were ready 12 minutes later. It gave me just enough time to make a stop @ the grocery store and come back. It timed out perfectly. Thanks for your help and great customer service.

Used to be pretty good, but something seems to have changed in the past few months. We order about once per month and our last three orders all had errors on the toppings and on the most recent one today, they cut the pizzas all weird (one had only six slices, a flat crust was hacked up all different angles) and overcooked them. All you get is a coupon or maybe a free pizza on your next order if you report the error. I'm done with this location for the foreseeable future.

Dominos is basic at best. Pizza NEVER EVER look like the commercials. By time the pizza arrive the cheese look like the pizza been under heat lamps, dry and weathered looking. I'm good on dominos unless I'm dead broke & I still may head over to lil Caesar's instead or Pizza Hut for better flavor tasting pizza!!!

Tried to call first and before I could ask about delivery, he hung up.Complained to the manager and even wrote to their customer care per case 645326 on 13JUN, but no follow up for a refund. Repeatedly received unwanted email solicitation until demanded to stop and will not buy again due to poor service and tasteless pizza. Going back to Pizza Machine!

This establishment has delivered perfect hot pizza EVERY time I have ordered from them over the last 5 months I lived here in Gardena, CA. I have never received pizza as delicious as I have from this Domino's location in the 5 states I've resided in the last 30+ years. I rarely EVER write reviews, but this specific location warrants and deserves cudos and my gratitude for caring about their product AND their customers each and every time. Your team is amazing. The pizza is always warm and done correctly I always order delivery but today I went in the store for the first time and the ambiance was great the place was super clean and you can watch them make the pizza. Plus they play good music lol

NEVER go to this dominos. Go to the one on Crenshaw if you are in the Gardena area. They are rude and very disrespectful they made my order wrong and I had to go back to the store. The big dark cashier ISAIAH locked the door and myself along with three other had to bang on the door until he finally let us in. I asked for a refund and he told me he's NOT giving me my money back and took my pizzas. I have never in life experienced anything like this before. I called the manager Carlos and he defended the guy. Charges for a pizza I do not have is still on my card card statement. OWNER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I see other reviews about this same guy. Smh!

Agent Isaiah was rude. Pizza was never delivered. Tracker was inaccurate. When I called to check the status I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Isaiah Never came back on the line. I had to call from a different phone and ask for a refund. He placed me on hold again this time without telling me. . So I hung up and called right back. . He then saidy order was still cooking, that he has no control over the tracker accused me of screaming at him and that he's trying to do his job. He did his job poorly and I'm disappointed in the service . Now I understand why your reviews are so low
