Don't know why people put this place down. The food is what you get! Today, January 13, 2024, had the chicken bowl with extra chicken, and it was the bom! The staff is doing an amazing job on serving the public with quick and fast to get the order out, and still people are saying poor service.El Pollo Loco, you guys are doing an amazing job, and I want to say thank you for being here in Harbor City and serving the community. Me went to pollo loco on 16707 pioneer Blvd Artesia for lunch and only one cashier for long line and was elderly guy but another cashier came when it was my turn and in burrito there was 2 pices of bone slow service and bones in burrito

They must be struggling to find workers because their listed hours are really more of a general suggestion or hint than anything connected to reality. Between that and the tendency to hold onto stale chips to serve, it's not hard to understand why the place seems to stay so slow.

Takes EBT but you have to go in. Has no signs saying that until your already at the drive thru menu ready to order but even if it they did have a sign, it's 2023 alot of restaurants take EBT at drive thru. This is ridiculous they want you to still come in. Come on now!
