IHOP is always classic. However this location was to perfection- the service, food and updated ambiance made for the best experience overall. Food came out hot and fresh and my kids loved it too! Great for the whole family, my bill was enjoyable too

Service was horrible the Manager is very unprofessional no care attitude, had to ask for utensils, water, the orders where wrong, we were told we get 50%,but only gave 20%, Need a new management and Cooks.

Don't waste your time with this IHOP location. The service here is terrible. Even worse, the people who work there don't care. You can see it in their faces. I sat down at the counter and nobody greeted me or handed me a menu. I had to wait a very long time and still nobody did anything. Finally I asked a woman behind the counter if she was my server and she said no. Nothing else. Finally I got a hold of my server, who gave me a menu. But she never came back to take my order. I got tired of waiting and walked out. I wanted to love this location because it is close to me and I generally like IHOP. But this location sucks.

I am currently (March 12, 2024) picking up an order for door dash. I was here 7 minutes before a staff member decided to acknowledge me. Before that, 4 men were also waiting. They haven't been acknowledged yet. There are 2 waitresses present. Even a simple "hello" and "we'll be right with you" would have sufficed but, they're actively ignoring everyone, including those currently seated. If I could give them a no star I would but, that isn't an option.

Came back this morning 3-11-24. And our server was Fabi again . Me and my son were delighted to see her. Fabi served us quickly and with a smile. Fabi is wonderful. She's respectful, personable and very attentive of patrons and makes having breakfast at ihop a wonderful experience. And to the cooks thank you too!! I'll be back soon!!

Service was extremely slow for only having 6 tables with guests. We asked for water refills (multiple times), it never came. Our food was room temperature at best. One of our plates had hair on it, and by the time they remade it and brought it out, the rest of the table was done eating our cold food.

Quick , fast and great service! Have to meet a friend for a quick meal before her flight and we saw an IHOP. We were seated in a flash and food was served within minutes and were out in good 20 minutes - Full and satisfied with floppy pancakes and great meal! IhOP had been our family favorite but I quit coming since my father passed away as it always reminded me of him. It was my first time to dine at IHoP after 12 years and now I clearly remember why my dad always like IHOP.
Great place, but the back "room" Is very loud. The acoustics is terrible you can barely hear your conversation at your own table! My recommendation, only sit in the front only. There aren't many booths there but it'll be a better experience. Sorry IHOP, you'll have to fix this.

The I HOP opened after much anticipation in the Tokyo plaza and it's so great best food and menu items!! 24 hours !!!!! Loved the whole experience . Amber and Brandon were our servers and they were so great , management needs to promote them to the top because they are top notch and take the job seriously . I can't wait to come back for the great food and service

Me and my girlfriend went here to eat after our fun Valentine’s Day outing the 2 young ladies that worked there around 12am are very rude!!! We was seated she walked off came back 10 min later to wipe the table off not dry it after so the table was soaked, we still waited for her to came and take order 30 min pass they laughing joking so i purposely look at them still nobody took my order At this time of the night we noticed we were the only black couple in everyone else was hispanic and asian after not getting type of customer service and it wasn't busy at all they would take orders of everyone around us but didnt recognize us not 1 time so we got up and left the 2 lady one of her voice sounded like it was going out from parting laughed im need file complaints but dont know how this is not the first time i experienced this type of treatment it happened when they first opened as well only difference was we got to order but waitress never returned waited 20 min for bill and she had attitude and was rushing my order i complained but nothing happened this service is definitely unacceptable

Back when I was growing in Gardena this place used to be Carrows back then. I had it twice but not as good as IHOP. This is more like it because I live in the North side of Torrance making it the nearest one. I recently dined here with my cousin for National ? Day. Always love their ?, also their ?.

Food was alright it was like mid. They serve you tap water with particles if you ask for water. But the service was good but they were lacking to say the least. Wouldve dine and dashed but the person i went with insisted on being good samaritans. Will be back!
