Ordered delivery, an employee thought it was a good idea to pack a fries with an acai bowl in same small bag so both items arrived: ice cold fries without requested sauce and acai bowl completely melted. Don't pack hot and cold food together. It isn't edible anymore. Won't ever be ordering from here again.

My family family loved this place. The service was amazing the lady that took our order was very friendly and super nice. That's what I loved the most the great customer service. The drinks and acai bowl were great as well. The only thing was the music abit too loud. Other than that I loved the place.

Omg I love love LOVE BobaTime! This location is no exception. There's an expansive menu and desserts here. I opted for a Galaxy Tea with some additional boba, typically when I ask for half sweet with these types of drinks it becomes tart. But this time it worked! The drink was sweet but not teeth hurting sweet, it was great. The boba texture seemed to be a little off today though. Service was good.Vegetarian options: Milk free options available for your drink orders.Kid-friendliness: Boba is very kid friendly. They also have acai bowls.Parking: Parking lot is medium sized but I imagine it gets busy during high traffic time.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA accessible entrance and seating available.Dietary restrictions: Milk free options are available and you can adjust the sweetness of your drink.
Update 5/31Got a hair in my drink again this is so disgusting this location is going downhillI understand there is a wait but if I place my order online and the pickup time is 4:15 and I have to wait 25 min more once I arrive to get my order why did I just place it online for I do online orders because I'm in a hurry to get to my other location

Ordered a passion fruit tea with Mango boba. When I received the drink, I didn't see any boba. I asked the girl who gave me the drink, was it in there. She didn't care to take a look but said yes. There wasn't any boba in my son's drink. I tried to call the store once I noticed to see what they could do for me, and no one cared to answer the phone. I called 3 times with no answer. I will be going back up there, and hopefully, the situation can be resolved to my satisfaction.

TERRRRIBLE SERVICE MAN.. for a simplerequest to remake a drink. Seemed like it effected the lady at the register personally.. bizarre .. and I left a tip.. such a weird negative awkward experience. Didn’t seal the drink but I wasn’t trying to go back in there. The girls were clearly talking about me. Better to just go to the Torrance location

I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with an expresso shot drove off started drinking it and I didn't taste the expresso so they charged me for it but "forgot" to add it this has never happened to me at other locations I feel like I should be compensated for the inconvenience
