Dang! What happened to good customer service? Is the low pay or do people really hate their jobs. I really don't understand what is going on in the customer service industry. But getting great service no longer exists. I can't understand how 24 translate to 4. This is something you do for a living and I don't understand why you don't know your own menu. But maybe it's me. Remind you this is not the first time but it will be the last. It is time for us to get back into the kitchen and throw down like our mothers and grandmothers. Maybe so many of us wouldn't be stuffing from high blood pressure and diabetes. Well until the next review. Happy eating!!!

They always automatically add medium to the meals without asking, and they fill it with ice up to the max.
I was very hungry returning from Corona and I was craving two breakfast Jacks. Got two sausage sandwiches instead. Service was excellent as was the food. I will be spending my money at this

The employees who work at night are not very attentive and only one person with headset there should be 2 employees helping each other in drive through not one

I wanted the Jack in the Box Southwest chicken salad. The drive thru menu stated that I have the choice of grilled or crispy chicken. The drive thru clerk said that grilled chicken is not available, the choice is “Julian” or crispy chicken only. I don’t know what is a Julian chicken. And if I wanted the grilled chicken that will $2 extra. I alway ordered the Southwest Salad before without extra charge for grilled chicken. The manager insisted that I should look at the picture not written description.. I think they are trying scammed the customers for extra $2

It never fails every time i come here for lunch and take food home to my family the cup holders break when trying to transport them from the car to the house. Now everyone gets to eat without drinks. Thanks Jack in the Box, maybe supply your restaurants with some cup holders THAT ACTUALLY CAN HOLD THE WEIGHT OF THE CUPS. The staff at the drive thru window was very nice though.
