Took half hour came in at 7:29 left around 8pm the night crew is just chitchatting and did not bother starting the order until I had to ask 3 people how much longer for the order to be made. And they just started making it after half hour, the restaurant wasn't even that busy. The order was just 1 sandwich and lays chips and it took forever because they just keep talking and talking and not bothering to begin the order besides others that were in line. There was literally like only 2 people in line and 5 staff members that could have made it in like 2 minutes.

Came in to get lunch and I guess it's better to order online this location prioritizes online orders over in person order stood in line with 5 people ahead for 10 mins before they asked the first person what they want at that point I just left... sucks because I really wanted a sandwich for lunch and had to go somewhere else while wasting away my lunch break!!!!will never go back to this location

Love this location a lot everyone treats me like family because I have been coming here for long being a native in the Gardena area and this Jersey mikes is my go to when I'm craving there sandwiches the manager Jeremy always knows my sandwich , the restaurant is always clean which just makes it all smoother no trash or spills on the floor ever and all the employees follow suit to , so come to this location they've been open for some time so they must be doing something right!

Jersey Mike's subs are solid at any location but I like to go to the one in Gardena on Redondo Beach Blvd. because I think they have great customer service. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The woman working today asked me how my day was going. It is the little things that go a long way. I ordered #42 and got the #43 instead. It was to go so I didnt open it until I got home. It was too far to go back. The receipt even showed #42. I trusted they made the correct one but now I need to unwrap it everytime I order. Pay attention to what you are doing.

Great costumer service , the employees always listen to my request !The place always looks clean.The subs where nicely made and delicious, the only bad think is the soda machine , you can see mold everywhere, inside the ice handle and the soda knobs !!Please clean it , we really love Jersey mikes !!!

So, I went on a Friday night. I ordinarily don't have any issues at this place. But the two chicks that were working the front counter had horrible attitudes. They were treating me as if I was irritating them by asking for my food to be prepared a certain way!!!I was upset by the time I left and didn't eat what I paid for because I was dissatisfied. The next time I go, if either of them are there, I won't place an order.

Black female with red hair was very rude. She did not remember the ingredients to my sub (club sub) and started making it to what she thought went inside of it without verifying. Then she put slices of cheese from another sub that was there for a while onto my sub. She had an attitude when I asked her for grilled onions. 0 customer service and lack of knowledge of the ingredients.
