Food doesn't taste like it's other locations . & I was wondering why they don't seem to get much service, now I understand. Very poor amateur customer service.. If you don't want to read it all, at least don't order the carne asada. Very dry & flavorless. I asked about a chicken wet burrito & after I ordered 2, got my food, & went back home I bit into a tasteless carne aside wet burrito. Yuck, but no problem since I live 5 min away. I drove back with the food & told them they didn't give me chicken burritos, the girl said let me see (weird cause why not just roll up some chicken ones ). THEY REPLAYED THE DRIVE THRU TAPE (lol) then a "manager" came and told me since I didn't necessarily say I wanted chicken I got carne by default & the only way to get chicken burritos was to pay for a whole new order because making a new one would be "dipping into their individual pays" (it was 3 of them and only 1 was making food so huh). The cashier never even repeated my order back to me to verify if she got my order correct which should be mandatory since they don't like to accommodate wrong orders. They seemed more concerned with making sure I ordered "correctly" instead of making sure I was satisfied. No correct order, no refund, 2 nasty unwanted burritos, lovely

I came here on the beginning of October and I was very disappointed with the person who gave me service! I walked in to a man arguing with his girlfriend while trying to order my food she constantly was asking for his telephone while I was ordering and also while my food was being prepared! Literally yelling at the top of her lungs I felt very uncomfortable! I've always loved this place until that happened! What makes things worse was I actually got food poisoning that day after this incident! It was also very dirty in the back in the kitchen area which is unusual! I will never come back again after being sick for 2 days!!!

This is the absolute worst Mexican restaurant I've ever been to my whole life. The quality of the food is so poor and just no common sense when it comes to making a burrito you think it would be easy but this place is the worst at every level. The salsa is horrible the pico de gallo is like big chunks of tomatoes this place is ridiculous horrible

I went an I got the sopes! An a quesadillas ! It was nasty ! I should went to Taco Bell ! I spend $25 ! The guys were not wearing mask ! The beans were salty ! I am so mad an they forgot to give me salsa an my napkins!

Wow this place is horrible. I just bought a California burrito. It says carne asada ??? More like boil beef. With no flavor. I will never go there again.

Superfries are my go to, but cali burrito and chicken burritos are really good too, nice staff, only thing negative I could say, is the bathroom is always out of order, but the food is damn good!

Burnt quesadillas for my son. My rolled tacos (taquitos). We're dam near frozen in the middle. Soda machine wasn't working. Bathroom wasn't working if my phone wasn't dead I would of snapped some pictures. Asked for a menu. To take home and the girl at the counter said they ran out lol
