1st time here and it was ?(that means good)! I had the Golden Peach Black Tea with Bobba and it was amazing. The wifey had the Caramel Brulee Coffee and she was equally and happily surprised. Relaxing and laid-back atmosphere.

This place is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Ordered the Oreo Matcha and it was delicious but kind of on the pricey side. The drink was also a bit too runny. I expected it to be thicker since that’s how it looked like in the picture but taste wise, had a sweet flavor with Oreo crumbles that was perfectly balanced with the matcha.

My favorite place for boba in the area. The Oreo Brulee Matcha in particular is fantastic and addictive. Some of the other drinks are a bit more hit and miss, such as the Coconut/Banana coffee.

Went to get a coffee initially I was treated well by the young lady taking my order I took my number and proceeded to wait after about 8 minutes a young lady comes out from the back yells out number 11 when I go to get the coffee she doesn't acknowledge me at all I say thank you she doesn't respond and just walks away I believe this is because I'm black and she has not had the proper training in diversity management should look into this I'll be sure not to spend my money where I'm not welcome coming in from out of town it was very disturbing because this was the first place I stopped to get coffee and if that's how they feel ill be sure to not come back here and warn other people also dont spend money where your hated

My wife pointed this place out, so we gave it a go. Were very pleasantly surprised, and needless to say will be frequenting the business.I do like Ding Tea on Rosecrans, but somehow Lotus has this . . . light-hearted, almost warming, atmosphere that Ding Tea doesn't have. All that and the staff here are some how friendlier and more patient with me, as I like to try something new upon every visit. I haven't had the same thing twice here or at Ding Tea.Anyway, I hope Lotus doesn't change a thing. . . It's a bit of a drive, but well worth it, IMHOMuch love to you all -

This spot replaced Ding Tea, and I think they changed owners or rebranded. I do feel like this new brand is better. Some of their drinks are reminiscent of Orobae (Rising Phoenix Oolong and Metal Buddha Oolong). Got the Fire Phoenix Oolong and it was pretty good. I prefer Orobae's since Orobae's has a stronger oolong flavor and much creamier. My bestfriend got White Peach Snow and it reminds me of Omomo's seasons white peach blended drink. Both have a salted cream in it, and it works so well!I came back and tried their Golden Peach black tea, and I was disappointed with it. The tea was burnt cuz it tasted bitter. :

I have always been a regular since they were dings. Glad to see the quality of tea hasn’t changed since they became the Lotus. This tea literally makes my week???
