Menus weren't as broad as the old days but the food was good and the service was outstanding.

Really good breakfast, we look forward to coming again for another meal. The people we met in restaurant were very genuinely welcoming. My husband liked his coffee and omelet. His veggies and fruit were very fresh. My waffle was really good, sort of reminded me of the ones you get at hotels, but better. Presentation was nice but a little awkward to eat. We both got hash browns, we prefer "waffle house style" hash browns, these were sort fluffy, but they were good, we cleaned out our plates. I almost got a pie, but the whole ones are over $20.Parking: Can be difficult in afternoon

Marie Callender's in Arizona has completely gone out of business so when I come to California I always go to the Marie Callender's on Western Avenue and get my chili cornbread and butter that's my favorite

I called and was told the pies are all $8.80 after 8pmI got there on time. AND was the second person in line which by the way iam a black female. An older white lady walked in after me . After the cashier says next in line that lady assume she was next I said iam sorry but iam next..she then apologize to me..as in the middle of ordering my pie..I had to make a call home to let my family know they didn't have the pie we wanted.so I allow the lady to go ahead of me since she knew what she wanted. So two white guys walked in an immediately went to the counter and said what they wanted I said excuse me I was next ..the worker assumed I was with the lady..However after telling the worker I was next he still had me waiting on getting my pie after I already paidEveryone that came in after me was served before meNot to mention the manager finally gets my pie put it in a box..so I said to him I would just need it bag up so I can be on my way..would you believe he looked at me and said you didn't pay yet..I never felt so discriminated in my life..First time I've ever experienced racism ..I feel they are racist!!!.

I drive past this restaurant often and decided to stop in today for the first time. It’s a true hidden gem — I loved that I was able to eat breakfast for dinner. The french toast platter was delicious and the food was hot when it arrived at the table. Our server Christina was attentive and kind. I will definitely come back again and again.Parking: Plentiful parking and entrance are in the rear.
