I had a super weird experience here the other day, but as their food is always good, I'll let it pass for now. We have stopped going to other places in the area due to how managers treat their employees. In this case, it was a manager who kindly corrected their employee, but it was still weird what the employee did.I'm not going to go into details, but I was impressed with the way the manager did not belittle the employee, but did make sure I knew they would be talked to.I was not the perfect patron in this situation either, as I was on an important call and tried to do the transaction the first time before wrapping up the call.I ended up finishing the call and coming back in to learn that the transaction could have been made easily, but alas, perhaps me being on the call made the person not want to help me easily. Either way, we will still be returning as I appreciated the situation for what it was and I was impressed with the manager.
Thank you thank you my husband lost his wallet on Friday there and found out until Monday. The last thing he remember buying was our food on Friday and that was the last time he saw his wallet. He retrace his steps and went to asked if they have seen it thankfully they had it and saved it he tried to give the person a reward since he had all his important documents and credit and debit cards on his wallet but the person didn't want to receive anything because they may get in trouble. Thank you so much for your honesty and saving my husband wallet it's nice to know there are good people on this earth. My husband needed everything from his wallet to work so it would of been a tragedy if he didn't find it thank you.

They have good food but in my opinion either the portions are a little bit small or their prices are a little high.... If they used the original flat bottom to go cartons instead of the ones made to make it look like your getting more it wouldn't be an issue but they followed along the footsteps of Yoshinoya & I feel like they're deceiving their loyal customers for maybe ,05 or ,10$ ???
This location is good the katsu was crispy just how I like it the meat is tender I also got bbq chicken so good the macaroni salad was great the cooks here are great I've gone to other locations and this one is really good I had to do a review it was great
