I ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza and was served a pizza with NO SAUCE AND PUDDLES OF GREASE. I called and a lady answered she offered a partial discount I refused that because only a full refund is acceptable and Pizza Hut's policy is to replace pizzas made wrong. She said she spoke to the manager and would remake the pizza if I came back that night however it was close to time for the store to close and I don't live near that location so I was told I would have a full credit added to my account. Last night I went to get my pizza and was told I would have to pay a portion of the price by the shift manager. She called the store manager and when she finished talking to him she still said I would have to pay a portion of the price. At this point her attitude was bad she kept saying she wasn't there when my original order got messed up BUT SHE TOOK THE ORDER! I don't like unhappy people making my food so I decided to leave without my pizza that I have been craving since they originally messed up my order days ago. The pizza was gross oil was dripping from it and the cheese was stuck to the dough. I couldn't understand how they forgot the sauce which is a vital ingredient

I unfortunately had the most terrible experience at this location. The female manager was very rude and disrespectful. I’m not too sure how she was able to get promoted to that position but they should have thought twice. Because of her nasty attitude I will never return to this location. If you choose to go, good luck.

I'm not too sure how the manager received that title but whoever gave it to her needs to take it away. Very nasty attitude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service all because I didn't say 'thank you' fast enough for her. Making snide remarks about me to other customers, making me wait longer than necessary for my order and then to top it off when she finally gave me my order she was disrespectful with it. And she had the nerve to ask a customer "are you going to tip me" after seeing what kind of card he was paying with smh.. May the Lord bless her and fix whatever troubles she's facing because she won't get far in life being a shit*y person especially being in the position she's in. I will never return to this location and I hope Pizza Hut gives additional time and training to those they choose to be the manager.

This has been the Worst location I've been to that I can remember. And it's mostly due to an employee that always has an attitude problem, is very rude to customers, and makes ordering/picking up food unnecessarily difficult. I just found out I was charged $199 on the EBT card. The ridiculous amount she told me was $142. Then it went down to $119 with the EBT card. Turns out she charged me $199. And didn't give me a receipt, now I know why. I have NO IDEA how this lady has a job!! She was also swearing and complaining that she was "Mad they took her s*** away!" Referring to get on ebt benefits. The most unprofessional and ridiculous establishment.

This is supposed to be a meat lovers pizza melt the food was cold when I received it I did an online order. Employee that service me was sitting down look like he had been on break since he clocked in. The other employee who was preparing the food didn't have on any gloves and looked very unsanitary no hairnet or anything. Aren't we coming out of a pandemic?? And can somebody tell me where is the meat with the love and the sauce I can't seem to find that either . I want it so bad to taste as it looks so good on TV but they have diminish that!
