My experience wasn't satisfactory. First of all the customer service isn't friendly. The ladies don't smile they just push the buttons on the cash register to charge you almost $45 for undercooked fries. there were limp, there were no crisp, no salt. My pastrami was dry and flavorless. I remember when Steven's burgers were a cut above your corner hamburger stand. There are no specials or combos. Their more expensive than Five Guys. Well, that sealed it for me won't be back. The quality isn't worth the money.

Steven's is old school burger stand! Not the healthiest lol but their pastrami sandwiches, pastrami chili fries and today I had steak sandwich and I cannot say anything bad about it. They people are nice and patient when we order. There's not much ambiance because it's take out only. It is take Out only.
Been coming to this place for years. I would assume due to inflation that they had to downgrade some ingredients. In result, this has resulted in lower quality flavor and food.I ordered chili cheese fries w/ steak. Total was $18.00 for a large. The cheese is of a velveeta/kraft american cheese slice texture and taste. While I’m use to fresh shredded cheese, this was not my true issue. The issue was the steak/carne asada which has been switched off for a lower quality and thin shaved steak you put in philly cheesesteaks. This place was my fave for their steak but I don’t see myself returning for the price.

I tried their double cheese burger, it was so juciy & delicious! I subbed the sauce it comes with for mayo & thousand island dressing. I will be going back soon. It looks like a hole in the wall spot, but everyone knows places like that have the best food! ?

The steak sandwich is ridiculously delicious. It's a personal favorite. But everything here is rockin trip down to flavor town. I wake up in the morning thinking about their food. And their menu is pretty big, so I am never bored because there is always something new to try.
