Gotta be careful with Taco Bell and Del Taco, sometimes their hard shells for tacos smell like rancid oil, and the soft tortillas don't taste right. This was one of those times. The hard tacos were completely inedible, even the fillings picked up the nasty smell and taste. The tortilla for the burrito was also suspect. Contacted the store to get a refund but no response. Contacted corporate and no response. Terrible that they cannot keep such core items fresh.

when youre in the drive through its embarressing because the tacobell worker makes you reverse your car to reset some motion sensor and the cars behind you always honk to make you move forward.

I would refuse to go here anymore after I showed up almost 8:50 am on a Sunday and they were not letting anyone in all they wanted to do was have people go through the drive-through. I hope the owner reads this as I encourage people not to come here ever. There's one down the street on Prairie and Rosecrans was better service.
Cheating people on this servings this is not the first time this has happened. I had taken pictures before when I had bought the Mexican taco and extra meat on my burritos and because I didn't have the receipt with me the next day they told me there's nothing they can do about it and I'm a Abbet customer at that location

Got there 20 min before close. I see people inside but they say they're closed. If you don't want to serve people late then update your hours and close earlier. Never coming here again lol, that's bad business
