Seems to be what is a remodeled IHOP. Looks like a very family oriented restaurant also seems like the community supports them very much. Gives me that vintage breakfast vibe with some great choices. They also go out of their way to have healthy options featuring chicken and vegetarian options. Nothing wrong with a good assortment of pancakes as well. Would definitely return as my son really enjoyed the place.

PERMANENTLY CLOSED. This was a no-frills diner with large portions; I had only eaten a few times since moving to the area, but enjoyed the food. It was nice having a diner so close by; it seemed to be packed/busy on the weekends, so I'm sad to report that the restaurant is closed. I just stopped by (6/25/22) to order some breakfast to-go and saw that it was permanently closed. FYI, the signs didn't indicate the reason. I have posted images of the signs showing it's closed.

Other than the aesthetically unpleasing looking cooked strawberries, I truly enjoyed everything here...service was ok. Likited amount of parking.

The food was fresh and delicious. The omelettes are a great size. My blueberry pancakes were delicious. I would definitely visit them again.

Called in an order, got to the restaurant, and still had to wait 10-15min for the order. Cashier was packing order and dropped a whole plate so they had to remake it. Literally no flavor. Not good. Missing/incorrect items. And Disorganized.

So much food for a great price! Came here with a couple of friends and they were super fast and the food was perfect. Shared. Plate with my bf and it came with so much food we both couldn't finish it all!

Manager showed passion for the business was very helpful with making our breakfast a great experience definitely recommend & my grandson LOVED his chocolate chip pancakes will definitely come back on my next visit to LA

We came on a Monday around 11am as a group of four. We were seated promptly (no wait in line, no parking issues). We had pancakes, crepes, French toast and omelette. All of them are excellent and generous sized. I highly recommend the do-it-your-own omelette with a huge stack of pancakes combo. So worth it!!

I got this to go & it was still bomb when i got to the airport!!! I ordered pancakes, eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes.... It was so good I ate it all lol

Get ready to wait for a table; this place is crazy busy; but you'll be glad you did. Good portions, breakfast favorites are there and a few twists on the "usual" options. Recommend the potatoes instead of hash browns, little bits of crunchiness. Good service & helpful even when packed.

Food was not good. Definitely not worth the price. There are so many other good breakfast places around. I would recommend Pan. The wait is long... because the food is actually good. Service was terrible. I called to order and it went smoothly. I went to pick up and told them I was picking up and gave them my name. I was told to come inside, they finished helping the family that came in before me. Then helped someone who came in after me. Then picked up the phone to call someone to tell them their table is ready... I'm standing there looking at my food. Starving. Pregnant. I grabbed the food and brought it to the register because it seemed like they needed help. finally someone came to ring me up. Definitely never going back and ever recommending to anyone. I ordered French toast and it was yellow like public school French toast.

Visiting LA from Texas and stopped here for pancakes. Had an omelette pancakes and Hashbrowns. We loved it! Better than IHOP,Denny’s, even the original pancake house. Have to wait a bit because they’re super busy but it’s worth the wait. ❤️ thanks you’ll
