Got the chicken egg rice bowl today (Oyakodon). Absolutely delicious!! Heavenly white rice infused with umami flavors of sukiyaki broth; goes great with tender chunks of chicken, carmelized sweet onion and fresh egg!

Just a little hard to find as it's behind a retail office building. My suggestion is to order early, seems the later you come after the lunch crowd, the food has been sitting around so your tempura will not be crispy. Order #A bento box so you get a little of everything. This is a competent bento box made by a couple of older women. You won't be disappointed

Authentic Japanese bento of great value! With the price of a regular lunch box from any Japanese grocery store, you get a variety of freshly prepared food items. All items, both the sides and the entree, in the box were delicate and delicious. Particularly, their macaroni salad and marinated vegetables are my favorites! I wish they opened for dinner too.

was craving a bento so i stopped here. no line to wait. i posted pictures of the menu and hours. i picked box a and it was delish! good portion and price was reasonable. staff friendly. will be back.

This is the best To Go Bento place in Southbay. All bentos on the menu are good. It is the must try bento place.

I only recently discovered this small hole in the wall "mom and pop" shop that specializes in bentos. They make delicious food with that grandma's touch!! With my husband working from home and me wrangling our 2 yo toddler, there are days when I just do not want to cook and want someone else to provide lunch. Sometimes the kid won't nap or won't stop climbing on me so I can cook. We usually go with Bento Box A x2 and then maybe something else that will suit our little one (he's picky) or share with him the bentos (plenty of food in 2). I love the variety in box A, which is supposed to be 8 items but I think I count more than 8 varieties. The food is very flavorful and well seasoned but not overly sweet or salty. Well maybe the tamago is too sweet but I find tamago something I just can't get used to, lol. The ladies are very nice and courteous as well. I'm so glad to find them so close by.

Kind of a strange place. Just a door opening into a small parking lot behind a building on Redondo Beach Blvd. You can't see it at all from the main street.Got their flagship Bento Box A for about $12. It had lots of stuff and although it wasn't the best bento box I've ever had, it was pretty good for the price. Definitely hit the spot.
