Wonderful. The food is very good, the spirits are top shelf and the service and personnel are the best. Well worth going to Georgetown just for here. Thanks for a great visit. We shall return.

People raved about this distillery and I was happy to stop in and try a few cocktails. The menu is impressive and there are plenty of food options. The staff was very friendly and were happy to give recommendations. I had to knock a few stars off because sadly I wasn't impressed with the drinks. The one cocktail was so bitter and not enjoyable. The espresso martini was okay but wasn't very smooth.

De-efin-licious! The burger was phenomenal, the best house made chips I've had in decades, with creative and exceptionally tasty cocktails on offer.

Friendly service, great food, delicious hand crafted cocktails on a dog friendly patio. The drive to this warm, rustic gem was such a nice way to spend an autumn day. We highly recommend making this a destination and look forward to returning on our next visit to Cali.

When you go to Georgetown Distillery, you are going for the atmosphere. It's a fun country themed distillery. The gift area was quaint with all kinds of memorabilia. The outdoor patio would be perfect for live music or to enjoy your unique craft spirits. The waitress was friendly and seemed to be there in body, but not sprit. My well done Bourbon Bacon burger was closer to medium-rare and served at room temperature. The homemade chips were hot and delicious. The cook might have been waiting on the chips and the burger got cold. I would recommend the distiller use fresh, ground beef; instead of the frozen, pre-made patties and add more arugula. Then the burger would taste better. My mojito frizz was immensely sweet and sipped in small doses. Which made the craft spirit last longer. With a few small changes, this could be a good date spot.

The bacon on our burger was basically raw. The chicken sandwich is not made fresh you can taste the freezer burn. All around fail.

This place is great! The gin, bourbon, and rum hit hardest. Food is incredible. My kid had fish and chips. The chips were American, not British, fresh made, and incredible. I hate tatar sauce, but their gin infused tartar sauce is fire.

So glad we found this place while camping in the area. Everybody was really friendly and prices were reasonable. The thing where you can get a loaf of bread filed with cheese is fantastic. If you've got non-drinkers or kids with you, they make a nice mocktail. A great little spot to stop for a drink and a snack if you're in the area. Pick up a bottle to take back to camp!

Great location and service. The food is very good and our bartender was very accommodating for our large group (6). We were interested in the pickle infused vodka so she recommended the pickle martinis. They were very good but needed a splash more pickle juice which she kindly provided. Our party has house made chips, artichoke dip, potato skins, margarita pizza and chicken wings. Everything came out and was very tasty. I also want to highlight their blue cheese is made fresh and delish. I was dipping the chips in it. I'd definitely come back and recommend to anyone in the area.

The food is delicious. Our favorite is the steak flatbread. The cocktails are amazing - fresh with natural ingredients. Friendly staff. They're always open to chat and make recommendations. This is the best restaurant in town. Hands down

This was a pretty neat little place. I don't drink and can't comment on the quality of drinks, but I eat. The sammich wasn't spectacular, however it was not bad. A run of the mill chicken strip sammich with Frank's on a brioche bun. They didn't mess it up. The chips are home sliced and prepared and were very good!! The wedge salad was pretty good, I'm certain it was whatever was in the dressing. But wedge salads typically don't impress me much... We sat outside and it was a very nicely covered patio. Service was good as well and friendly. If you're going for the food I'm sure there are better options. I suspect as their name indicates, they're a much better distillery than a restaurant.
