Just stopped buy to grab a root beer and mini corn dogs. Root beer and dogs were good. Had to go in a use the restroom, not good, the door read occupied but it wasn't, didn't look particularly clean, no urinal, worst of all no soap. What do to employees use? I understand it's located around homelessness. Have some pride in your business. At least make it so people traveling would want to stop again. I'll think twice before I do.Clearly Mark H. Never fails, everytime I come through, no matter how small the order, they take my money and make me pull around, with no one behind me. This is really annoying. Like this is cheating your timing system. Just let me wait at my food so I don't have to wait for someone to bring my food out. I'm literally watching someone, right now, have my bag, but you guys are helping someone that walked in, Instead of bringing my food out.

I received a birthday gift from A&W; a Root Beer Float. The app on my phone says that you can show them your phone at the restaurant to receive the gift. We ordered through the drive through and when we got to the cashier, he said he couldn’t accept it because he doesn’t have a scanner. He suggested that I go to a “real” A&W. If they are not a real A&W, they should post that on their menu board. The cheese fries that we ordered were nasty. Go to a “real” A&W and pass this wanna be A&W up!

You guy had old fashion root beer fountain it taste great. Now root beer doesn't taste the same. When I go to A&W that's why I go for the ROOT BEER.
Love to stop here for a refreshing root beer float treat after a physically challenging day. We dont often have fast food so when we do we like the A&W.

The food was good; hot and fresh. Our order was correct even, we've had issues with fast food restaurants and accuracy lately. The only problem we had here was that it was as hot inside as it was outside, which was around 90°, not an exaggeration. I really felt bad for the workers. Unless they get the AC fixed or turn it to a comfortable temperature I would get your food to go, as we did.
