The wait in line was long, but that's not surprising considering it was Friday night. They need to hire extra staff or schedule someone to work an extra shift for those times it gets really busy. The location itself is a little small so there's not much room for sitting down to eat. Plus the line pretty much runs throughout the length of the store so if you did sit down to eat, expect for someone to always be standing near your table while you eat. The ice cream is standard Baskin Robins Ice Cream. It isn't made in the location so it's pretty much the same wherever you go. I didn't have a smoothie or banana sundae so I can't speak to the quality of those dishes. There were only three people working there when we went but they were all working fast to get the orders fulfilled. Some reviews have mentioned the age as a negative factor. I don't think having younger people work is any issue. There was one interesting thing. No employee was wearing a uniform or name tag and each employee had an AirPod in one ear. Some people might find that unprofessional, but it's Baskin Robins not the French Laundry. Overall pretty solid location. Only 4 stars cause the floor was a little dirty and the wait time.

Stopped in here on the way home from a road trip thinking we were going to get a nice healthy scoop of ice cream and was given the worlds smallest scoop. It was busy only one guy serving and seemed to be quite rundown inside. I was so surprised this is what he gave me I didn't even care to ask for toppings. $5 for basically half of a regular serving smh.

The place is really dirty with finger prints and smudges on all surfaces. The ice in the freezer is all stained with ice cream and 3 inches thick. When I told the server that there was garbage on the floor (3 dirty ripped napkins), he came over to look and then refused to pick it up. (I guess he thought i should do it.) So, if that is the attitude, can you imagine that the tables are sanitized after patrons use them? And now my thought is: Did he even wash his hands?! Ugh!They need a manager there. The servers were sitting in the back when they could be cleaning.

If I could give this Baskin Robbins a 0 I would have. My husband and I went for an ice cream cone one evening. There were no other customers in the store. There were 3 young men standing behind the counter talking with each other and completely ignoring us. I finally asked if they were open for business. They said yes and stood there and stared at us. It was bizarre. Absolutely no customer service. I hope the owner of this business realizes that their business will fail if they allow kids to run it into the ground. You lost as customers.

Store on 1st street not good at all ordered through doordash my item , it came all wrong when i called store a manager female with an indian accent could care less about item being incorrect and says she didnt have time as her line was long with people waiting .. Beware of your purchases with this store that doesnt care about how they service customers.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM

Beware, just purchased a cake today at this location. They will rip you off. The cake was 2" wide and 7" in length and was charged $46.99. If you order online for their location it's $46.99 1/2 a sheet!! Business must be doing so bad that when they actually get a customer , they make them pay double the price. Price gauging at its finest. This will be the last time I purchase at this location!! Included photos so you can see how ridiculous it is. 0 stars if possible!!!

The kids don't even wear gloves when they're scooping ice creams. It's unsanitary. I don't want ice cream from the same bare hands you wipe your ass with!! Management do better.
This location does not give out samples. Place was very dirty. Mocha blasts were made terribly and without the whipped cream and topping. Wish I had read the reviews. We love the Morgan Hill & Capitola BR locations! Will not return to this one.

When I came by your establishment 5 minutes before closing time to find your doors closed. And 3 teenagers inside 2 doing nothing And. One mopping. I was unable to purchase my gift cards. So Gresham location close your doors at 10 PM not 9:55 PM.
