Great place to watch any sport , but the lack of service and how long the food takes to prepare is crazy, 1 waitress for the entire restaurant, and 1 bartender.

Got here and had to wait 10 min for a table after they got a table we were waiting for 10 min to be told we had to order in the app because they only had one waitress extremely rude and bad service would not recommend at all the nasty dried wings are not worth the wait and the terrible service on a Friday night they had one cook and the one waitresses

Why are they taking forever for my food I waited 45 minutes !!! Instead of helping the three young ladies were on their phones !!! Also they said they don’t speak English !!!

I went to this place for the first time and I didn't like it. The waitresses have a very ugly manner. No one is not going to ask for free food. They have bad service.

Service was horrible! Our server, April NEVER came back to refil our drinks without us asking. Served my salad with no forks or dressing. I had to ask for a fork & dressing. I had the street tacos (3) & 1 was so skimpy. The female staff kept going in the bathroom at least 7-8 times 2-3 female staff members at a time. If they just served us & stopped checking the freakin toilet paper they'd get a better review. I ordered a cranberry vodka & they finally gave it to me after I was almost done with my food. My son used to work at a BDubs & for a Thurs. night they were NOT busy enough to have such bad service. Too much staff doing absolutely nothing & not checking on customers. The restaurant wasn't even half full.

DO NOT COME HERE! Save yourself and go to wingstop. The costumer service here is absolutely terrible. No host at the front. Waited 10 mins until I walked up to the bar and talked to the manger - he said no host to seat ourselves. We didn't even have waitress / waiter we ordered everything through a QR (aka I pretty much did all the work) Food came out cold ice cold. Let a food runner know (I'm assuming) because again no waitress or waiters around. And told us to chill out that a rush happened and basically had to deal with it. Talked to a manger named Rob and seemed like a punk - no manners what so ever - embarrassing to say the least.. Needless don't come here save money and go to wingstop lol

Worst service ever we got there and we ordered our drinks on the app. They took a long time to bring mine and did not bring my husband diet pepsi even when i got up and asked them to bring my husband his drink and that we wanted a server so they can place our order nothing we waited again and no one came over i got up a second time to ask for the pepsi and server and again nothing after an hour of waiting we left. Worst service ever never coming back. I dont even know why i paid for my drink i should have just left !!
Love Thursday bogos on wings. The atmosphere is a bit loud when there are popular games on. The tables are roomy. Tried the black bean burger. It was pretty good. I had it fixed like a regular burger and the spicy stuff on the side.The rubs and sauces for the wings are very good. We started getting them on the side so as not to over power the chicken. Great place to bring kids...they can be noisy here.

Was waiting for my order with nobody in sight for a period of 7+ minutes. The bar seamed bussy and enjoyable while the restrant was slow the food was not very appealing with a limited online selection of wings. The place is clean and orderly with seemingly happy employees.Wheelchair accessibility: Single floor with wide door ways.

Just went in with my wife. Place was empty. Received no service other than being seated at our table. Had to flag down the waitress for a menu. Then after about 12 minutes two gals came in that appeared to be her friends and she immediately went to them. A social visit took priority over customers. I know they have the online ordering system but when the place is slow and empty there is no excuse for ZERO service. We had bad service here a few years ago and thought we'd give it another chance. Nope. Still the same. We walked to Omakase to have sushi instead.
