⚠️⚠️⛔️Drove through on our way to Monterey , about an hour & half later I developed serious lower intestinal pain, I think we all know where that led so , then my daughter , later that evening my husband & them out son- I called as this could be a death sentence to elderly , like my father who DIED FROM SEPSIS DUE TO FOOD POISONING! ! I explained to Katie who said she was the mgr - I said we are fine , however you need to check your cooler temps & perhaps your meat - sue responded “ well you’re the only complaint so …have an awesome day “ SO MOW ITS IN PRINT ! If anyone else gets sick , here is your info that they were warned & truly didn’t give a DAMN ! Funny , a couple months ago , same issue with In-&-put - they wanted to know the time , location , what we ate & stated we are taking this very seriously ! We were fine , however it’s not us I fear for - they of course took preventative measures & got to work before this KILLS SOMEBODY! I am shocked, we didn’t ask for refunds , no harm no foul we are ok , but to hear a manger disregard this as “‘ya it’s no thing “ is horrific and irresponsible as hell ! I will be contacting corporate , informing them of this post as ITS ON RECORD NOW !

Convenient pit stop right off Pacheco Pass Hwy 152. Usually very busy. Food staff doesn't have much time to be cordial or welcoming. Food quality is acceptable but considering they are always busy, fries and side orders may not be delivered fresh as they probably cook in bulk and let sit for longer periods of time. Wouldn't recommend bringing a family to eat here since its a popular travel stop. Restrooms are kinda gross and emit a strong odor of urine.
