The butter was kind of weird with cinnamon in it but, since I do like cinnamon I ate it.The service could've been better but it is what it is.I won't go back but it is a good breakfast joint.Wheelchair accessibility: The glass/metal pull doors are tough to hold open and since the waiting staff are not very friendly, don't expect them to open and hold the door for you.“
“I love this place! Their bagel sandwiches are super tasty and they don't skimp on ingredients. I am always happy with my value for the price and the customer service is always top notch!!The pizza bagel is awesome, but I wish they had Italian sausage to add to it. :)We come here at least once a week for different bagels including the pizza bagel, different breakfast bagels, the BLT with avacado added, mayo and mustard on sourdough, sesame or cheese bagels.They have a drive thru too so you can order ahead or buy thru the drive thru and not have to go in. They also offer a spam breakfast sandwich now too!!“
“We went to this Starbucks and forgot our banana bread there. We unfortunately couldn't come back the same day and called in to see what they could do. A nice gentleman said just to come in the next day and say that we had spoken to him. The drinks and customer service was amazing!“
“On my frequent trips to the outlets, I would occasionally drop into this particular store for my usual, a tall Pikes Peak with Stevia and non fat milk.I liked this particular store because whomever the manager was, did a great job of keeping their store in top shape. I always noticed how clean this store was. Team members constantly cleaning counters and other areas. The condiments section was always kept full. Sugar packets were always filled up. And one thing I particularly liked was that the cream containers always had plenty of milk or cream in them. The napkins always were filled. Even the straws were filled. Someone really keeps an eye on details. The merchandise was displayed in a neat and orderly manner. This store really shined!“
“Food is great! Service is even greater. The people that work here are so nice the owner is awesome! Ambiance is excellent. If you're looking for something in between a coffee shop but with all the lunch items hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches a wide variety of baked goods. This is the spot. There's outside seating, good vibes! Inside seating I love this spot!! 10/10 recommend the pastrami Sando is potato salad is always good too! The tuna sandwich is amazing! And if you can't decide what you want do half and half!!“

“Anytime I am in Gilroy and want a good specialty coffee this is the place to get it. I ordered a Mexican mocha and always delicious. The coffee shop is relaxing a good place to sip on coffee and catch up with friends. I will need to try their baked goods another time they look good.“
