Ordered a take out of ham and cheese on everything bagel and a bagel and cream cheese. Both were good.

I love house of bagels however, these past couple times I've gone and got my ham and cheese bagel. It's let me down. All I taste is bread and minimal cheese. I can't even taste the ham because there's literally one slice. Please do better. I can't even tell you how sad it is to be excited about your begal you spent money on and you can't taste what's MEANT to be in it.

Located in Morgan hill downtown, this family friendly place is super clean, with a great ambience and wonderful customer service!Their bagels are amazing. We also enjoyed their fancy cold coffee drinks and pastries.

Bagel was very good. The ham could have been a bit thicker. It was more like a deli slice of ham. Service speed was very good. Hospitality was lacking. I think I counted 5 young ladies in the front, and nobody was smiling. Ambiance was lacking too. I counted 10 lights out in the store. It was very dark and the darkest area was behind the counter. I would fix the lights in the lobby and add lights to the back area. Maybe even add some music in the lobby. They could also use a remodel. Brighten the place up and modernize.

Lazy kids. No smiles or energy to hustle Food, ambiance, and service don't matter if you don't have employees working. I whomever. I want to spend money and support business. Share a meal and drink with friends and family. Being busy or short staffed is never an excuse. Since the dawn of redtaurants and service, everyone has been without adequate amount of workers. Figure it out. If people are calling out. You're not getting paid enough. If employees are in a rush, they aren't sweating, and in the zone, they aren't fit to work.
