Disgusting I’m very disgusted with this location of in and out. This is the reason why I stopped eating the burgers. I was literally eating my animal fries with my regular fries minding my business, all of a sudden I feel a sensation in my freaking mouth and I had to pull a big strand of hair out of my mouth with my food I had to spit it all out, I literally lost my appetite for the rest of the night, freakin wanted to puke, that’s not fair for us as customers, especially when the employee should be practicing and doing safety precautions and protocols with the food and handling it, that is not right, and I deserve a full refund for my order, finding hair in your food is disgusting and unsanitary, especially when you have to pull it out of your mouth, so dissatisfying and disappointing

The food is wonderful. Everyone is wonderful and customer focused. This location is always busy. The team does a wonderful job dealing with the hords for people who come through their restaurant but it does mean a longer than average wait.
