Skin and ridiculous I have to pay almost for small a$$ meals dollars 45 meals 60 for a buck when I can just go to a restaurant n seat and get better food for 60 buck is just Ridiculous the prices Hopefully they do some changes if they read this review. I had the chicken wraps (original and honey bbq) for the first time. They were really good. I'll definitely get the combo again.Parking: The parking is great. It's in a shipping plaza so you can park close or a little away and still not be too far from the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ADA spots that lead to ramps for wheel chair access

we ordered a deep-fried turkey and were told it would be 35 pounds. When we picked it up today it was only 11 pounds. It was not enough to feed our guests. I don't know why they lied about the size of the turkey.Beware of the KFC turkey!!!!

I go to my local KFC in Gilroy Ca. On wren ave. At least a few times a month and I normally don't leave a lot of reviews but my store normally does a good job with there food and service, but I wanted to leave a big shout out to one particular employee by the name of Jonas he's always makes sure My order is correct and if I ever have a problem he has gone out of his way to resolve it,so I really appreciate the effort he makes to have a smile and make my visit to get food just a bit better! Give this guy a promotion KFC he would make a great manager!

Today is Friday. It's been a very long week for my family & I decided that tonight would be a good day to just buy some wings for dinner on my way home. I go through the drive thru & order three 8 piece wings. I pay for the wings & the cashier at the window says, "Go ahead & pull up to the front. The wings are just getting out of the fryer right now. They're fresh!" I pull to the front of the building & have to wait 15 mins for the wings. Why does this KFC never have wings ready? It always happens. Also, I NEVER got a receipt for todays order. I thought maybe the receipt would be in the bag & it wasn't. Also... the cashier lied about the wings being ready. They weren't ready. This KFC really needs some good management & knows how to really manage a franchise. This KFC is real need of some corporate help.

Where to begin? First of all, we could barely understand the gal taking our order at the drive-through. She must have had trouble understanding us, too, because she had to call a co-worker over to help her out. When we drove forward to pay and pick up our order, past experience made me check inside the bag before we drove away. Good thing, because the biggest part of our order was missing. And the 12-piece box of nuggets was so small, I wondered how they could possibly fit that amount in such a tiny box. Then I understood: the actual nuggets look nothing like the ones in the commercials and advertisements. Very small, and at least half of them were nothing more than tiny scraps of either chicken skin or just loose breading crumbs. Also, they were all dried out, no moistness or tenderness. In the photo attached, we removed some of them so it would be easier to see them. If the managers know this is happening, I hope they do something about it to improve both service and quality of food. If they know and don't do something about it, then something is very, very wrong with this place. We had looked forward to a nice dinner, but went home and picked at leftovers. What a rip off.

So there is truth in these bad reviews because I have unfortunately confirmed it for myself. I visited the Gilroy Wren Ave. KFC in April and my food order was short. I called the restaurant and manager Vivi told me she would issue me a "credit". When I arrived the next day I was told the "credit" was for the food missing from my order. As if I would actually want 3 chicken tenders alone a day later. I asked for a prorated refund for the missing portion of the meal and they refused. I made a complaint to corporate and after 2 weeks there was no response. Not until after I called corporate a second time did I get a phone call from Vivi asking me whether I wanted the replacement tenders or not. She called because corporate sent an email to the restaurant and she had to reply. I was very much fed up with the lack response from corporate or the regional managment that oversees this location. Surprisingly I received a $50 gift card and an apology letter. Well today 7/1/23 we go to purchase food and try to redeem the gift card only to be told it's not valid.Had no choice but to pay for the food order because had people at home waiting to eat. The gift card came from the Harman Management Corporation South Bay Region which has an office in Campbell. Harman is the largest KFC franchisee. KFC is owned by YUM brands. Linda Strong-Brown, is Regional Director for Harman in the South Bay and I plan to contact her next week after the July 4 holiday. I urge anyone who has a bad experience at this KFC location to Harman Management Corp. which is based in Los Altos and YUM Brands to make them aware of the poor service this location provides. This is not an occasional thing but a regular occurance according to the testimonials and Yelp reviews.I will post an update on how things go after I contact Harman Management Corp.

Wtf? I was in the drive through, and the cashier asked for a tip!!! Now, shame on KFC if the make them ask for this. If you want a tip? KFC should reward for fast& accurate service on volume and give to the crew at each pay period. Or, give them a raise. Multi million company asking for a tip. Wow.

What a disgustingly bad chicken sandwich they made me. I can't believe the amount of mayonnaise that they put on my sandwich. They hate their job so much that they ruin the experience for the customers. And what's worse is that there's nobody in management that cares.I have never ever been served such a disgusting sandwich in my life.Shame in you!

This KFC meets all the standards on how NOT to run a fast food establishment: horrible customer service, long waits, old food and menu items constantly not available. I attempted to order through the drive thru once...non-caring female states they are out of extra crispy, cole slaw, fries and mac/ cheese? This is around 5 PM! Go make the extra trip and go to the KFC off Dunne.
