It's a typical KFC in terms of the foods sold there. The staff made the difference with their friendliness and service.Parking is easy, there's easy access from Highway 101, and the environment seems safe.

So I sit here for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for 12 piece chicken wing The guy comes up to me and said it's going to be 9 to 10 minute wait their excuse was that they make the chicken wings fresh no wonder the reviews are horrible here this customer service sucks never recommend this place just passing through town never come again

I'm not shocked this place has terrible reviews. I thought I left a review years ago. The last time I was there was about 5 years ago and went for a "quick bite" on my lunch break. Took almost an hour to get an order... beyond outrageous. Did they have to go kill and pluck the chicken or something? I figured I would give it another shot. I got the chicken nuggets, my daughter ordered the chicken sandwich and we ordered 2 of the freezes. I pulled up and they asked me to pull up front. It wa at least 20 minute or more until they brought the food out. Talk about being unprepared. Freezes had a synthetic taste to them so I tossed it. Chicken nuggets weren't very hot, so not sure why it took so long.
Oh my God so I recently had just had the greatest idea and that was to go to KFC before I go to the drive-ins. So I go to KFC and I get the chicken and mashed potato bowls and now they have the french fries which I recommend also we got the gallon drinks. Which if you know their gallon drinks they come in this very cool shaped pouch with a turn cap which makes it very easy to pour makes it very easy to be portable so definitely having this on our driving trip was awesome I recommend getting this not only because it's portable and so easy to pour for when you're in the car but because of the price as well the price was excellent for everything as well as that so I do recommend doing this KFC is definitely the place to go if you want some good hot wholesome food but are still on the go. Thanks KFC two thumbs way up!

I stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn and had to decide whether to drive 10 minutes to a known restaurant or chance it with one of several fast food options. I didn't let the 1.5 stars prevent me as I figure people are more likely to leave a negative review about a bad experience than a positive review about a good experience...as a good experience should be expected. Well I had a good experience with prompt service and the same great tasting chicken, mashed potatoes, cole slaw and a biscuit that I have enjoyed from KFC for decades. The only downside is that I ordered a box meal (2 pc, one side, and a biscuit) with an extra side. It would have been the same price as a 3 piece meal combo which comes with two sides...my bad for not doing the math, but I probably didn't the extra chicken anyway!!

We were heading back to SoCal from the Bay Area some weeks ago. Once we passed Gilroy or Salinas there wouldn't be many food options until Paso, so we pulled in to this KFC. A little food, a comfort stop, keep us going into the long drive ahead, was the plan. There weren't many other patrons in the dining room. Not sure about the drive-thru, but it did take a long while to get our order. Despite the lack of guests inside, some of the tables hadn't been cleaned since the previous occupants. We accomplished our goals, but this wasn't the best KFC experience I've ever had. They do share the space with A&W, and I would have loved a root beer float, but alas, dairy and I are no longer friends. That meant adjusting what I ordered for my meal, too. When back in the area we might try other nearby options before returning to this restaurant due to the cleanliness and slowness issues. That being said, I realize that it's still hard times in the food service and hospitality industries - trying to get and keep help. Cutting them a bit of slack because of that dynamic.
