I am a disabled senior... As I ordered our Katsu dinner the employee took my order and said it will take 12 min... 30 minutes later no food..., While others would order and get their food... My friend ordered quite a bit after me and with a larger order... He walked out before us... So after 35 min we cancelled our order...Sad!!!

Normal L&L, very nice service though. Last week in Sunnyvale I was able to order Katsu Curry Chicken, but not here only gravy not curry. Is this a new thing that will change over time, hope not.

You can't go wrong with L&L. There is nothing else like it here in town. Order ahead, order in store or have it delivered. They never get your order wrong. Everything is cooked when you order it, not sitting around for hours. I can't figure it out, but whatever they put in their Mac salad makes it so tasty. Good sized servings. Great customer service. It's always on point. Don't forget to sign up for their loyalty program. Not only is the food great, they give some of it to you for free when you are a rewards member. Doesn't get any better. If you haven't had it, you gotta try it.

Went to lunch with my mom, uncle and aunt. The cashier was friendly and I always enjoy chicken katsu (my favorite)

I ordered a side order of pork lau lau and it was the worst. It was very tasteless. I asked the cashier how they made it and she said that it was steamed. It was not steamed but it was boiled in hot water. I am from Hawaii so I know what it's supposed to taste like . Tried calling up with no response. I go there often but will never go back.

Went for a late lunch with my mom uncle and aunt. The cashier was pleasant and the wait time was short. They did have a lot of walk in/pick up orders. Decent atmosphere very casualWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking, double doors, and tables for sitting.

Ok -- i lived in Hawaii for years so this may not be fair to some... but I have been to a TON of L&L BBQ. To be clear this is a mainland one... BUT still. I adored Orange Chicken at L&L in Hawaii -- way better than Panda etc. Not sure why the mainland ones don't do it. That being said they are pretty standard and good at this location. They did offer Haupia which I was impressed with. The location was clean and the drink cooler was stocked with some of the best Hawaiian beverages of choice including Hawaiian Sun. The menu had a bunch of handwritten modifications which is par for the course with L&L. If you cannot find something here there may be something wrong with you. BUT the mac salad did not taste the same as what is offered on the islands. It IS Hawaiian Mac just didn't taste the same. Rice was rice... but add the gravy like I do and you're doing it right. The Kahlua Pork and Cabbage was pretty standard. The Katsu was also good. The service was prompt and attentive. It didn't even take long to get the food which was prepared as ordered. Overall if you are in the area and want to try some hawaiian fare go here.

Got the bbq mix plate and it didn't disappoint. Packed with food and flavor. Budget wise, myself I'd only go there once a month. Still, I will be returning to get some musubi.

Good L&L food <loco moco>Could use some cleaning in seating area, looked like there was glitter fight or something and most chairs were still covered in it

How does one order an over $130 order for pickup. Patiently wait to pickup 45min for it to be ready, only to get there and the girl claims someone picked up the EXACT SAME ORDER under the name E? I wouldn't have been as upset but because we were heading out for a flight it was even more obnoxious to me. The girl at the cash desk sounded like she was shocked I even showed up like GIRL! Come onnnn ‍ then she says it'll be ready in 30 min smh. I couldn't wait, we had to go. Top that, it was only 1 family In there, I don't get it . Suck bruhh... SUCK!

It was okaaaay. But people were awesome I mean staff were very kewl and quick service. But still not as good as the Hawaiian BBQ in Turlock CA. A bit pricey? but on plus side they do have mini plates and that's a bonus!!!?Parking: Dude why so many questions about parking here honestly just not crowded so plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Sorta . I mean it wasn't anti-kid u kno!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Sorta. I mean all wheelchair access is kinda a lil unaccessible because u like have to go down and around at a place of ramp entry.

Delicious Hawaiian food with a price that tells you "You get what you pay for.Every single dish is insanely devine and filling while eating heart healthy and cheat dishes depending on your combo!I just wish I could afford to eat there more but I tend to lose my pay check too fast at this restaurant. All of the musubi choices have to be tried and I love the sesame balls and pork buns with Sriracha frosting my kid throws on them!

Ordered through door dash and they up charge all their menu prices through the app. I called to make a change on my order because through door dash it does not allow you to make notes. I spoke to the manager and he said I should have made the note for the change. After telling the manager several times that it did not allow me to make notes he still refused to help me over the phone. I do not recommend this location, and will not be ordering from them in person or through DoorDash.

Not bad at all. First time visiting so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I enjoyed the meal. The food was a bit pricey unfortunately, but that's par for the course at almost everywhere currently. What I got was delicious, filling, full of flavor and absolutely satisfying. I hope to visit again in the future. Only issue is the space feels a bit empty and quiet. Kind of gives it a weird, hollow feeling. Just an observation.
