This place used to be the spot to go to and not have to worry about any issues but lately there has been nothing but consistent problems with even as well as trying to submit an order through the app either, it’s the McDonald’s system or the workers inside of the location, but it seems every time I put an order it gets canceled And yet there’s no one ever in the lines when I’m doing so.

Ordered cookie tote, chicken nuggets, fries no salt, from uber eats,The fries had salt on them and were cold and stale. The cookie tote wasn't a tote at all. They gave me the cookies in separate packages, and they were hard these most have been the cookies sitting on the counter all day. The chicken nuggets, oh my god!! They microwaved the chicken nuggets; the chicken nuggets were rubbery and hard really old. I do not recommend this McDonalds at all.
One of the slowest drive thru's I have ever been in. It just barely crawls along, on a Tuesday afternoon.. Seriously not happy and won't be coming back here again.

I placed a mobile order and it was confirmed it was after 10 pm so only drive trough is open no pick up at the counter. When I arrived at the drive through the stuff was rude and let me wait for minutes even the drive trough was empty no one in line. Then they rejected to give me my order they said I'm not allowed to walk in only cars. My order was cancelled. Don't go there they are rude and they don't do their work. They are too lazy to give you a burger and rather take your money and don't deliver service. On top of that they will blame you for being a bicyclist. They will tell you no car go away your poor guy and never come back. I'm not joking it happened to me. And this in a bike friendly community of Gilroy. Usually people would think hey contact customer service. Sure I did when I was ripped of at MacDonalds at arroyo circle and their reply was: It's not out problem. You have to go to the local branch and deal with them. So I did and went to the branch and guess what? They don't care they will tell you it's not our problem you placed a online order and we delivered even they didn't. So it's a waste of time to talk to them. Conclusion when ever you place a order at the MacDonalds app it's a like lottery maybe you get your oder or not. And if you don't get your order your money is down the drain. I'm not joking check it out and talk to them they will be not reliable. They will redirect you to the branch and the branch will tell you: well not our problem, it's your fault why did you order with us? We are rich and we do not need you at all! You are disturbing us and you are a pain we do not need customers! All we need is money. Conclusion better go to jack in the box, Taco Bell or Burger King they need customers. Please watch the movie the founder and you see how rude the founder of MacDonalds is and this applies to the whole business. We MacDonald do not need you and your not welcome here! Only your money is welcome here and you should go away with your order and your bicycle. So I did and went to Taco Bell and I got my order even I was on my bicycle as it should be. We Americans vote with our dollars. Vote against MacDonalds is my proposal. Save your dollar go to Jack in the box, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC or brew City Burgers. They are cheaper nicer and better food.
