This place is run VERY well. The team here is super attentive and more than willing to help in any way. I was served by Jaime and he was fantastic. Helped me carry my food to my table and checked on us, etc. This is the kind of service I would expect from a much higher dining facility, and we were pleasantly surprised by this team. Walked in cashier was a young lady no greet waiting for us to order just staring. After wer order our meals she proceeds to saying they have no chips and all we can get is an apple.asked if we could substitute something else she said no. If a restaurant does not have the necessary supplies for a meal dont charge me for something i dont want. Just like i have to spend my money and they charge high prices you should also conside this. Also we know the soup is just warmed up please warm it up warmer next time no one likes eating cold soup.

This location is always super clean, and the staff is friends + makes consistent great tasting food. Estella is my favorite cook! Always remembers how I like my order. The manager Nicole is also super nice and remembers my name when I stop by for breakfast. My work now only uses her catering for meetings (thank you for today's order!). Thanks!

Out of the many Panera's we have been to this is amongst one of the best. The services is amazing. The manager Daisy is awesome! Daisy went above and beyond to help us as customers when we at the last minute needed to order a large amount of sandwiches for a party. Her staff that answered the phones were also very helpful. You can tell this is a well managed Restaurant when the staff is working together as a team. Panera Restaurants endured and survived Covid when so many restaurants went bankrupt. I believe this happens when management works together with their staff to help each other through hard times. THANK YOU DAISY & PANERA!
