They give you one slice of toast with your meal. They charged me $2 for a second slice, who skimps on toast? Not impressed at all. Never going back.

Free refills on cafe de olla but could be a bit stronger. Everything was good, nice waitress. Mazapan latte doesn't taste like mazapán at all, wouldn't order it again.

Surprisingly good fluffy pancakes and crispy sausage. The butter was kind of weird with cinnamon in it but, since I do like cinnamon I ate it.The service could've been better but it is what it is.I won't go back but it is a good breakfast joint.Wheelchair accessibility: The glass/metal pull doors are tough to hold open and since the waiting staff are not very friendly, don't expect them to open and hold the door for you.

Food: I got the chilaquiles con salsa verde and added chicken + an over-easy egg. This was a very excellent dish, it totally hit the spot! Tortillas were not too soggy, sauce wasn't spicy but was still very flavorful, and the chicken was seasoned very deliciously! 10/10 for flavor and portion size (slightly larger).*Note: their tea is overpriced- they charge $5 for a bag of Stash tea, which is absurd considering you could buy a whole box for that price. Would say, resist the tea urge if you can.Service: Middle tier. We walked in and had to make aggressive eye contact with a staff member to get them to tell us how seating worked. Things were slow (getting a menu, orders getting taken, drinks being brought out) and no one came to check on us once we got our food. It was adequate but nothing to write home about. However, it's curious that their tipping % starts at 18, when their hospitality is definitely the bare-minimum.Atmosphere: crowded and hard to find parking, which is the only reason I wouldn't schedule another brunch date here on a busy day/hour. There are about 10 tables inside and 10 outside. Inside it's loud but warm, and outside it's quieter but colder during the winter.Overall good experience despite some of the meaner reviews.
The food was great. The service not so much. Will go again but I'll be prepared this time for the service.Parking: Low number and tight spaces

Disappointed. Driving home from San Jose airport and yelped a new restaurant for breakfast. Chorizo omelette was dry and over cooked, same for the hash browns. Never refilled my coffee. Had to ask for salsa and sour cream to choke down the dry omelette. The restaurant was small/quaint but they had a tv on and loud music. Felt over stimulating.
