The pizza are so good! Love the recommended special pizzas, each one has a story behind it, we ordered 3 different flavors, all are amazingly good! Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: My two boys had a great time at the restaurant, the restaurant is spacious, very clean (including the restrooms), and the food is awesome, the owner is very friendly.

Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. I ordered an all meat pizza. Super tasty. Highly recommend dining at this location. Their wings were superb I had the mango habanero. The establishment was super clean.

The older man who I believe is the owner is very rude, not only to customers but also his employees. Not only is he rude, he made faces and talked under his breath the whole time, my family was very uncomfortable eating there. But we had already paid for our very expensive food, and wanted to watch the game so we stayed. The food was good, except for the chicken Alfredo, that was disgusting. But we won't be returning. He really shouldn't be in the food business with the attitude he has.

We ordered a large pepperoni Pizza... 12-10-2023 The pizza was terrible it was so thin it was a little bit of bread all you would eat was cheese pepperoni and crust I've eaten at lots of Pizza Factory's as a matter of fact it's my family's favorite pizza!!!! when you get a slice it holds itself it's all together...... but this one in Gilroy was terrible $40 is a lot when you're getting poor quality I don't mind paying the price if it's good

Disappointing. I went in about 12:30 and the pizza was old, but salad bar was good. They refused to make fresh pizza and just glared at me. On the TV they had some horofest going where everyone was covered in blood. Not sure what movie it was.I would have been far better off eating at Wendy's next door. Don't do the pizza buffet There's no excuse for any of this so the bad review.Update. When I had given up eating old pizza they eventually brought a new one out, but I was already angry and full of old pizza.

Maybe it was the time of day I went, but my husband and I were the only people in the whole restaurant. Totally, empty. Customer service was friendly and casual. The food was okay, having ordered to small pizzas each with two types of topping. One chicken Alfredo, one bbq chicken, one Hawaiian, and I don't remember the last one. All pizza types tastes pretty average, not really delicious or super flavorful. Whole experience was meh. Oh, and the bathrooms didn't have any toilet paper. Not a big deal.
